hotel is nice and clean, bedrooms a good size. Within easy walking distance to city walls and if you ae lucky you might get to park right outside hotel and have no parking fees. Stayed many times and will continue to do so. |

Liked the bathroom, it was clean and not cramped. We ordered a seaview room well in advance, but did not get it. When this was pointed out the sea view surcharge was waived. |

The room was well-designed, well equipped and comfortable. Reception and breakfast staff were helpful and friendly. We would stay here again for Ferry stopover to and from Channel Islands. |

The day receptionist was very helpful and friendly and arranged for us to have our room early which was much appreciated. The room was small but very clean and comfortable with a lovely sea view (superior room). |

We had booked for a garden room but were placed in a seaview room, seemingly in error. When we pointed this out the staff said that we could stay there for no extra charge. We enjoyed a wonderful view of St Malo beach (the first time that we have ever had a seaview!) and it gave us a real lift after a sad visit to relatives. Everyone loves an upgrade, but we particularly liked the way that the staff dealt with this. Internet access was a little pricey (5 euros for 15 minutes). The Ibis in Bristol was £2 for the same time, or maybe even for 30 minutes -- I forget. But cheaper, anyway. |

Very central to the old town and the view of the sea. I would have liked a kettle in the room to make tea, as I was catching the early ferry. |

It was practical for our stay in st Malo. A little expensive but it was important for us to have a secure parking. When booking, on the email I requested a secure parking. Although there were only 6 cars on site, our car was the only one which was given a space outside the secure gate. |

Nice clean and comfortable rooms , the only thing that i could fault was no kettle to make a cup of tea in the room, but we enjoyed our stay many thanks. only no tea making facilities |

Check in was simple despite our arrival timne being late We had to request towels which were missing. Also someone had been smoking on our floor which is prohibited. |

Accueil irréprochable, amabilité du personnel / Proximité (10 min. à pied) du coeur historique de Saint-Malo / Vue mer Chambres petites et à raffraichir / insonnorisation inexistante (bruit de portes, planchers, murs,..) rendant le sommeil très difficile / places de parking pas toujours faciles (nécessité de manoeuvres multiples, risques d'accrochage) / chambres côté mer - ouverture des fenêtres impossibles (bruit mer/vent, rue) / Rapport qualité-prix |
