We received a pillow with a boogar on it!

its in a good location, next to main line trains and buss stop, but during my stay we never had any hot water at all,we had to walk to another room for wash and shower too. the bed base was broken in room 251.there were no soap in the bath room, no kettle for tea or hot water for kids.

the facilities for young kids such as having a kettle in the room so you can warm up the water to make milk and tea,also no bottled water in the room for drinking.there was no such thing as hospitality in that hotel. the managements needs more training.

Proximity to McDonalds.

- Very Very rough neighborhood. A lot of gangs roaming around. - Extremely unconcerned and rude staff and lack of basic etiquette. - Tiny room with no pedestal fan or A.C. and extremely uncomfortable in the sweltering heat. - Lot of noise at night, which was compounded by the fact that we had to leave the windows wide open because of the heat. A very bad representation of the IBIS group of hotels and Booking.com

Price is good!!! stuff is polite and helpfull

Great Location. 10 minute walk to Garges-Sarcelles train station. You can see the eiffel Tower about 8 miles away. We got the train to Disney changing at Chantilley which took 1 hour. The hotel is on top of a shopping centre, so you can buy what you need up to 10 pm. Great Tesco like store there- massive. Macdonalds is next door to the hotel. It is in a black area with very few white people. If that's OK by you, then this hotel will suit you. We saw no danger. The beggars outside the hotel doors are harmless.

No fridge in room or kettle. Take a kettle if you have kids or like a coffee on wakening.

trop de bruit exterieur et à l'interieur un bruit fort récurant toute la journée et la nuit aussi très désagréable , nous ne retournerons pas dans cet hotel

hôtel de trois étage et environ 200 chambres. Gardien présent 24/24. La très grande gentillesse du personnel. L'insonorisation des espaces communs.Le parking souterrain fermé.Hôtel placé dans le centre de la ville avec tout sous la main ( restauration etc....)

hôtel placé sous les avions. Même si l'hôtel est bien insonorisée attendez vous tout de même a entendre le bruit des avions qui sont en apprche de CDG. L'insonoristion entre les chambres et un peu légère.Le bruit passe par les colonnes montantes des salle de bain.Impossible de régler la bonne température d'eau de la douche. C'est soit trop chaud, soit trop froid. Le matelas un peu mou à mon goût

Para ser um hotel 3 estrelas e da íbis precisava no mínimo obras de modernização o preço foi o que me fez escolher este hotel mas ate fica longe do centro de paris e não considero justo o preço qualidade, já que esta tudo velho e com cheiros o meu quarto cheirava muito a tabaco e ainda por cima na casa de banho tinha manchas de sangue. O pequeno almoço era muito fraco.

très navrée car la personne à l'accueil a refusé ma demande concernant un lit bébé (j'ai un enfant de 2ans) sous prétexte qu'on a réservé sur internet avec tarif promotionnel!! sachant qu'il y a des lits bébé disponible dans l'établissement!! 2 Nuits difficiles (réveils plusieurs fois) car crainte d'étouffer le bébé qui dort au milieu entre son papa et moi!!!

2 lit cote a cote tenu par un simple drap en guise de lit double. La télévision fonctionnais a moitié tout comme la télécommande. Traverser de grand couloir comme ceux des hôpitaux pour accéder a la chambre. L'hôtel est trop vieux et est a rénover
