Very friendly and helpful staff. Excellent hotel location. Comfortable.
The cutlery was not always clean.
Free wifi, close to two train stops, best bed in Europe for a three star place!
le petit dejeune
small room, small elevator, not enough towels, unfriendly staff
It's located near a tube station that is called "Biscout"(?). I felt the place was very safe area and It was quite easy to get to all sightseeing spots. Room condition was good but the size was quite small.. however, I'd known that almost rooms in Paris are small, so It wasn't a problem. and actually, I felt my room was comfortable. :-) Also, staffs were very kind.
people who live in the next building of hotel held a party until midnight, so It was a little bit noisy but I didn't mind so much because It was friday night.
good location, friendly staff bed is very confortable
room is small for 2 people
close to a metro statio, quiet neighborhood
elevator not working, supposed to be fixed
Perfect location - quiet neighborhood, close to the two different metro lines, store across the street. Friendly staff at the reception desk. Room size was ok with a spacious bathroom and a separate toilet room. Free wifi.
Lady in a breakfast room could smile a bit more (the one during the week, not a weekend one). Lift was out of order for a whole week.
I didn't sleep well
People at Reception were great. They were always smiling and gave us very detailed explanation. Free tea service was good. We stayed 7.14 (Bastille Day) so we could see the festival and come back by walk. It took about 25 minutes from the Effel Tower.
Everybody would know that the woman in the kitchen is rude. I never saw her saying kindly.
Good location, accessible, very good staff, wonderful breakfast. Overall good experience. Also there is a good Indian restaurant very near to the place(Punjab palace).
pillows were really soft
wifi was rubbish
We found it very easy and was greeted by a very friendly staff member. Check in was quick and we was early but they kept our bags for us. The room was fantastic with lovely picture on the ceiling and extremely clean and fresh. The bathroom was above and beyond what we expected too. Had a fantastic three nights with air conditioning which was a god send too. Wi Fi was perfect and if you love walking in Paris as we did it was only 30 minutes to the Eifel Tower. We was 5 minutes from the metro and brought a 3 day pass for 3 zones. This worked perfect. Want to visit Paris and be able to relax then please stay here. Oh nearly forgot - Breakfast .. missed it 2 days as slept in as was out late enjoying Paris but on third day we went down and it was lovely. Help yourself to croissants and fresh juice - lot more to choose form and very tidy and clean.
I would say the only thing I would like would be tea making facilities in the room. But saying that they provided free cups and tea / coffe and kettle in reception area so just remember to take up a hot drink.
Very close to metro station (only 5 mins). Bed was extremely comfortable and the room was spotless. Air conditioning was a huge plus as it was roasting during our stay. All in all staff was very friendly and hotel is a good value for money.
One member of staff during breakfast did not make us feel welcome at all. Internet was a bit slow.
Most of the employees were kind, helpful and very professional. The room was decent. The childrens games in the lobby were helpful.
The breakfast room! Way too small and cramped. The breakfast - felt old and stale, not fresh. 1 employee - was very agressive with customers and argued badly with a Chinese family
The staff were very helpful and friendly with a willingness to help and advise . Thank you especially to Oliver whom was extremely pleasant and understood some English. The location was good. The rooms were tidied frequently and beds were comfortable.
Every thing was too small. The lift was only big enough for two people. My stay was on the top floor and considering I have a phobia of lifts this meant I had no choice but to get the lift as I struggled also to climb that many stairs. The bedrooms were small and plugs were not in a suitable place. Example, The large mirror was on a corner by the exit door. The plugs were the opposite side of the room and therefor this was inappropriate when needing to dry and straighten hair. A hair dryer in the bathroom was nit a good place as the bathroom would still be damp from having a shower and this would have an effect on fine hair when trying to dry it. The breakfast was not what I expected although for a continental breakfast was good. Tea and coffee although was available downstairs in the foyer would be more welcoming if tea and coffee was available in the room.Views were poor due to looking into a back yard and at work being done.
The staff was always very nice, friendly, helpfull and available.
Location is great for this value - just a few minutes by foot to metro station, and approx. 20min by foot to Eiffel Tower. Very good breakfast, different over each day. Nice small lobby, with self service cafe and an additional Internet access. Stable WiFi connection, with good throughput.
There was once one unpleasant lady serving breakfast (but the other was very nice). The room was quite small, but as far as I know it was still relatively big as for Paris standards. No efficient air ventilation in the bathroom.
friendly staff, good breakfast, comfortable bed and cleanliness of room
no closet for clothes, just shelves
Good location with metro stations and bus stops nearby
Breakfast room rather cramped when hotel is full
Free wifi, good breakfast, 400m walk to metro station, quiet neighbourhood, housekeeping and clean towels every day.
Elevator was broken two times during our stay, we had room in the 7th floor, breakfast room is quite small, gets crowded in the morning.
Truly excellent value for money and not at all a problem to find or travel to.
The wifi is a bit annoying: It would be much preferable to login just once and not have to do so every time one retries the wifi after a short period away.
nice hotel&friendly staff breakfast so good
Good location to the Metro. Very nice breakfast and reception staff were very friendly. Room was cleaned and towels changed daily.
There was nothing in your room to make a drink or even a fridge. Had to get the Metro everytime you wanted somewhere good to eat. I'd recommend to stay near Gare de Nord as this is close to a variety of restaurants and cafés.
crisp design; great options for breakfast. I would use this hotel again and would recommend it to friends. only 2 blocks to Métro line 8 or 4 blocks to line 12
room #51 was too hot. had window open to make it comfortable to sleep. room lighting tends to be under illuminated. dark even with all the lights on.
