This hotel is located in a very good location and around lots of places to eat and drink with a supermarket and pharmacy just around the corner. The train station is opposite with links to all areas within paris. The staff here are so friendly always speaking to you when you come & leave.
Selection of breakfast is limited but that may be because im used to English breakfast!
Location Quietness Price Breakfast Wifi
Bed a bit soft but very large. No bad comment for this great value for money hotel. Great spot for a short stay in Paris!
Location (next to railway and metro stations), cleanliness, friendly staff, at a reasonable price.
Hotel rooms, elevator and hall, stairs etc are really small. It was fun for me and my wife, but could be problem for somebody.
The Staff should Practice English More Since its more of Tourist that Normally Stay in the Hotel.
Location - close to Gare de l'Est and Gare du Nord. Modern and very clean. No street noise heard in room. Cold breakfast, good variety.
Neighborhood - not very good. Beds - although we were told the beds were new they were very bad. Elevator - must climb 17 stairs to get to lobby and elevator.
mostly everything, got the view and the room was very quiet and with an opening onto the balcony. Freshly decorated, lovely big bed, and A/C that worked very well. Very clean bathroom. Wifi strong on the fifth floor. Buffet breakfast standard French affair, but plenty of it, and served till 10 for late risers. Bus stops straight outside for most routes. Friendly staff (English spoken)
Eating area a little small
The room was very comfortable and a great location
The entrance of the hotel is up the stairs and there is no elevator to go to the lobby
Good location and cleenliness, very good
Little smaal rooms
Have to. Carry bags up a difficult staircase
The cheerful reception even though it was nearly 2:00a.m. The rooms were small but had been recently decorated.
The street view was very off putting.
Very close to Paris East Train Station and free breakfast!
No elevator to checkin desk on the second floor, I had to carry my rather heavy bags up a flight of stairs. It is also rather difficult to find.
Its so colourful and clean and staff are so friendly and helpful
Nothing to dislike
Very clean, had a bathtub, good breakfast, windows that open, very, very quiet and away from street noise, staff very helpful and friendly. Located near train station, and St. Martin Canal. Would stay again.
The beds were comfortable. Price is reasonable Size of room was reasonable
Having to carry heavy luggage up a difficult staircase. No in-room tea/coffee making facility
Hotel was very close to the train station and city centre and only 10 minutes walk from Gare du Nord.
The air con in our room was broken and as it was too hot at night so we didn't sleep well.
Convenient location - clean & comfortable & very helpful staff
Location, kind staff
The breakfast room is so small that you have to wait if only a few guests are having breakfast at the same time. There´s a noisy juice maker right at the only tiny corner that all food is placed, so if anyone is making a juice, everyone has to wait to get anything else. The croissants and cakes tray is always empty, and you have to wait again or ask for someone to refill it. Having breakfast there is really stressful. Besides that, the size of the room was so small that you can hardly have 2 bags unless you put them directly on the bed to find something.
Value for money and nice sized room for Paris
I booked b and b when I arrived for breakfast there was no room available, the breakfast room fits about 12 guests in, I didn't want to waste time so we went out for breakfast, I've stayed in mAny ibis hotels but this has the smallest breakfast room I have ever seen,
Good location, include breakfast
There is no elevator from ground to 1st floor
Good location with convenient public traffic
Wifi was terrible.. every single time I had to sign up to use. Don't expect any internet connection unless you have great patience.
Proximity to the main train stations & subway was very good, the staff were very helpful & the breakfast was very good.
No access to the hotel by lift from street level, would be an issue for older or smaller people, not much storage for 2 people to store their cases & clothes, felt very uncomfortable in the area around the hotel by rather dodgy looking people just standing around & checking you out as you walked by.
