Room isolated from outside noise. We didn't manage finding the red light district that other people mentionned. Quiet neighbourhood and no insecurity at all! Chambre très bien isolée du bruit extérieur. Nous n'avons pas trouvé le 'red light district' dont les autres personnes ont mentionné sur le site de l'hôtel. Quartier calme et pas du tout d'insécurité ! Smoke from cigarettes was coming into the room through the general air system linked to the other rooms. The rooms are soundproof for the outside but not for the inside. This didn't cause any disturbance anyway. De la fumée de cigarette entrait dans notre chambre par le système d'aération général. Les chambres sont isolées phoniquement du bruit extérieur mais pas du bruit intérieur. Cela n'a toutefois pas posé de problème. |

I booked this hotel because it was close to the RR (blvd Bonrepos fronts the station so you couldn't be closer) and had good reviews for the price. Easy enough to go to mainstream Toulouse from the hotel. Well worth the money -- the hotel was in the better half of hotels I stayed at though Toulouse as a city wasn't. |

The receptionist which is a French lady is very friendly and helpful. I forgot to get her name but she's so nice and gave us all the information we needed without even being asked. The location of the hotel is right across the train station which is perfect because the following day we leave early for Lourdes. Everything is walking distance. Rooms and bathrooms are small but clean. |

Extremely friendly welcome; clean and well-sized room for the price, especially so as I paid €59 for en suite; well-located for Toulouse Matabiau railway station, and not far from the city centre. Turn left out of the hotel (or right and keeping to the main road until the big junction) to avoid the seedy and not very well-lit red light district! Great place; I'd stay again here. |

I chose the hotel because of its proximity to the Toulouse Matabiau SCNF station, but was pleasantly surprised by the standard of the room. The staff were also very helpful and spoke excellent english. The area around the train station was, not surprisingly, a bit unpleasant late at night, but this can hardly be held against the hotel, because it was chosen because it was close to the train station. It was easy to avoid the worst streets by walking back to the hotel a different way. |

We stayed here for one night as it was so close to the station and we were on a trip to Spain via the Pyrenees. I chose it because it was a reasonable price and had good reviews, which were very accurate. The staff were very helpful, there was air conditioning, the room was a good size, it was quiet, and the breakfast was good The only drawback was the area, it was very close to the red light district which made it unpleasant to wander round in the evening, and the restaurants nearby weren't very good. I suppose this would be true of most hotels near stations! |

The receptionist was very welcoming and helpful. The room was quiet given it was opposite the station and on a busy road. It was cool in the heat and was very clean. We did not find the pillows as they were in the wardrobe until the next day and thought the bolster on the bed was the only choice. |

Friendly and helpful welcome on arrival. Didn't spend enough time at the hotel for accurate rating as per questions above. Did not check for news channel like CNN on TV, did not use internet (although WiFi was mentioned on my arrival) and did not dine at the hotel. The bathroom facilities were superb, I stayed in 2 budget hotels in Paris which came nowhere near in that department. Location is also great. Room was in process of being serviced although there was n one in the room on my arrival. The bedding was all over the floor, some people might have a problem with this. |

Nothing unfortunately. I am not exaggerating. This hotel was the worst hotel I have ever stayed at. The staff was beyond rude. I think the person at the reception was crazy. Again, I have never seen anything like this and have no explanation for why the staff was extremely rude . Save yourself the trouble and stay away from this hotel. |

Hotel very close to the Lourdes Grotto. On our first morning, the cleaning staff knocked at our door at 0805, awakening us. I got up a few minutes later and found that ... though they had left ... they had left the room door WIDE open. As we were to be there two nights, this was very unnecessary. |

Near the Train Station. The twin bed is small and the area is not safe for tourist in the night(red light area). |
