Right opposite the train station. Very friendly staff at the help desk who provided with tourist information too.

The triple-bedded room could have been more spacious: looked like a double- bedded room was converted with an extra bed that ate up space.

I really like this hotel. The staff are ever so friendly and helpful, comfortable, cheap and ideal location for weary travellers stepping off the train

Opposite Railway Station for early start, clean and tidy, staff efficient. Good double glazing so kept out noise of busy road and station activity. 10/15 min walk into city centre.

Directly opposite the train station. Rooms are very quiet and simply decorated. A good location and value for money if you are travelling to/from Toulouse via train.

The hotel was clean and good value for money. The location was good in that I needed something that was close to the train station. At the same time it was also within walking distance to the city center.

Unfortunately its location was also a negative in that the immediate area around the hotel was not the best (somewhat seedy). Also, the hotel listed airport shuttle as a service. Their interpretation is that you can catch the public airport shuttle bus across the street for 5euros.

It was convenient, near the station, clean and comfortable. The staff was very friendly.

Location in terms of the walk into town is good and close to train station. Also has Canal+ TV.

The location is good in the fact that it is opposite the train station. However, lots of homeless people hang out right outside the hotel, they shout at you and beg you for money. It is not a nice neighbourhood. I wouldn't stay there again. The rooms are basic and fine. Although, our room was very dusty, floors not clean and bedding very dated.

los alrededores no son buenos, vagabundos pidiendo dinero, calles muy sucias pues hay muchos perros que hacen sus necesidades en la calle... pero asi es en varios hoteles cercanos a las estaciones de tren...

Very comfortable, clean, and modern room with solid air conditioning and huge bathroom. Staff was pleasant.

The neighborhood was horrible. Not wanting to leave the hotel if it was dark and slightly uncomfortable leaving the hotel during the day. Their parking facility was basically a dark storage unit facility where you parked in one of the storage units. Very uncomfortable at night. There was also someone living out of one of the storage units, he was very nice but that was sort of disturbing at first.

Perfectly acceptable - the breakfast was rather utility! - but edible

I arrived in the morning after an early train to Toulouse & was able to check in upon my arrival. I was greeted at reception by Oria who was a delight & extremely helpful during my 4 night stay. My room was comfortable & clean & breakfast was reasonable.The location was very convenient for train travellers across from the station (gare) & within walking distance to the centre of the city.Wifi was accessible within my room. A charming violet "salon de the" is moored nearby on the Canal Du Midi. My room although facing the street & canal was quiet. Good value accomodation.

The surrounding area near the hotel at night. The canal area & gare attracts people seeking money & the homeless, so take advice from reception. The red light district is also nearby which I discovered by chance when looking for the nearby laundromat. I was reluctant to walk into the centre for restaurants at night as a result.

Location was great, facilities were clean and comfortable, I have nothing to complain about

We chose this hotel for an overnight between the late flight and early train from Toulouse and for this it was a perfect choice. We were checked in at around 1 am with no problems, had a nice clean room with nice clean bathroom and free wi-fi. The location just perfect if you travel by train - right across the station. The sound proof windows don't let the noice in, and hotel also has air conditioning. Very good choice for its value!

The bed was a bit too short for me (I'm 174 cm high).

Its close proximity to the railway station as we had to get an early morning train.

Our credit card has been debited twice for our stay of one night - once in our name and the other in the name of a mr & mme wenjeng lin who stayed in room 303. we find this a gross misuse of our credit card which had been entrusted to them. Grateful if you could assist in getting us the refund of 73.40 euros credited back to our account.

One of the best and reasonably priced hotel I have stay during my travels. It is just across the road from the train station. Simple decor and comfortable bed. Free WIFI. Walking distance to the city centre and sights. Plenty of restaurants and cafes around/ Would definitely return.

Clean and serrvice was good .

The hotel is within 100 metres of the train station which is very convenient. Our problem related to noise. There is lock on the canal just outside the hotel and overflowing water is heard from it all the time. Worse, is the nightly gathering of the homeless with their dogs about 50 metres from the hotel. They remain until about 2AM. When you book, ask for a room at the rear of the hotel. The view is of backyards but, it is quiet.

The location gave us quick and easy access to the train station and hire cars.

The location of hotel was very good to get around places and a good price for a short break ,nothing negative to to say about Hotel only that the buffet breakfast is very basic and they are plenty of places to get breakfast near by.
