Κάθε επιπλέον κρεβάτι πρέπει να ζητηθεί και να γίνει επιβεβαίωση από το ξενοδοχείο.

The location is very close to the Metro, ~1 min. walk. Also very close to shopping district, and you can walk to Place de l'Opera ~10 mins. The room and bathroom are bright and clean. Hotel and room with free Wifi is good. hotel is under renovation, outside the room is a bit old. lift is small and extremely low speed. |

Reception staff very kind and speak several languages, Sara and Maurice provided excellent and kind service. Location was extremely good, very close to Opera, Tulleries, Le Marais and Blvd Haussmann. Room completely renovated, new bathroom, tasteful decor. Comfortable bed. Size as per Parisian standards, that is tiny, but it's the same everywhere, so no problem at all with that. Rooms were noisy, not terrible because the street is quite quiet, but if you are a light sleeper you will not be able to sleep. The windows, despite being new, do not insulate properly. Still, overall, the hotel is good for a couple of nights or if location is your main priority. |

rooms are really too small , impossible to move or to pack . in bathroom you have to drop everythingle to move or to pack . in bathroom you ha problem with my ccard at check in offered to pay cash in the sink or on the floor as no space at all...i had a problem with my ccard at check in offered to pay cash ,but didnt agree anyway on my last day hotel manager sent us a complimentary breakfast tray to our room , as a compensation,which i found really nice!Even the guy from check in apologized and was really nice at the end..... The hotel was centrally located and walking distance from major sight-seeing attractions. Rooms seem to have been recently remodeled; beds were comfortable and the room and bathroom were bright and clean. Though the rooms were modern and clean, the hotel itself (lobby, waiting area, hallways, elevator) were in dire need of renovation - they are all extremely shabby. |

New, modern accommodation. Staff friendly, and accommodating with specific individual needs. Chamber maiding staff were also very friendly, so all in all the human touch was there.Everyone smiled and was friendly. There was a strong smell of paint in the freshly-decorated room we checked into on our first night. The room was otherwise beautiful, modern with lovely decor. However the paint gave my mother a headache, so we requested change of room, and this request was kindly faciliated. Secondly, the noise of the traffic on the street was very loud, but one has to accept this in a 3-star central city hotel. Thirdly, there was no air-conditioning and the rooms got very hot at night, however I heard that the hotel has plans to get air con. in from October on. Fourthly, I would have loved a small kettle in the room to make a cup of tea in the evenings, or in the mornings. Fifth, the price of breakfast (extra) was very expensive at 15 euros for buffet. |

locaton was perfect except for the noisy bar at the corner of the street - I was charged on top of the amount which was initiall pre-booked on my card, so trying to resolve his now; the shower in my room did not have doors; the blanket had blood stains. |

Hotel has superb location, very near to 2 metro stations, nice restaurants for breakfast and dinner, shopping area of fair prices. It is walking distance to Louvre and Seine. Hotel is located in a small street behing the main street, so it is rather quiet. Room is new, very clean, modern equiped, small but enough space. Good value for money. Staff hotel 5+. The only minuses would be: old and dirty elevator and no curtons on the shower. |

the room is very clean, modern, fully refurbished. free Internet funtions well. the welcome is nice with smile.. i was upgraded in a larger room the entrance and corridors are not yet refurbished. Works will last till end October.. No airconditioning yet. breakfast 15euros bit expensive |

The room is clear and new. Concerning a car parking, we could find it close to this hotel, about 5 minutes, 27 euro per 24 hours. The bathroom is big, we felt a little cold. Amenity (e.g. shampoo, and so on) is not enough. |

the room was clean and everything was brandnew in the room. the location was very good and the price good value for money. the hotel is still not fully renewed, there is no pc, the traffic is quite loud early in the morning. |

Ничего не понравилось. В отеле отсутствует даже румсервис. Денег за номер пофактувзяли чуть больше, чем заявлялось на Booking.com. На сайте не корректно описано состояние отеля: не весь отель отремонтирован в 2009 году - только номера - остальное отремонтировано в 1980 году. Жуткая шумоизоляция в номерах, слышно каждое движение соседей и улицу круглый день. Вход в отель с двух сторон заставлен мусорными баками и постоянно происходит погрузка/разгрузка товара в соседний магазин. Отель отвратительный экстрим-эконом класса. Проверяйте размещаемую информацию. |

Sa situation et la déco de la chambre Notre chambre donnait vers la rue et à partir de 6h du matin, impossible de fermer l'oeil, trop de bruit; cette fenêtre était également très mal isolée, de l'air froid s'y échappait. Au matin l'eau n'était pas très chaude et le lit pour 2 personnes était trop juste. |

l'emplacement de l'établissement est tout à fait approprié pour une visite de la ville (proximité des commerces, des salles de spectacle,...) les chambres et les sanitaires sont un peu exigus, mais suffisants pour dormir. Le camion de la voirie passe un peu tôt si l'on veut faire la grasse matinée (entre 6h.30 et 7h.) |
