the location was just perfect! metro station, bus station on front of the hotel! nice design, nice view in the front rooms, nice and peacefull area!

the personnel was not very helpfull indeed!

The location is very close to metro station (porte d'orleans). Staffs are quite helpful. The room is big, we can comfortably put our luggage.

The lift is too small, claustrophobic will not go in, and would prefer to climb up the stairs whenever possible. No heater, no cooking jar to boil water. We can only have hot drinking water at the reception or at the breakfast room in the morning. Payment is at the hotel. Booking.com did not debit our card, it's only for precaution. It caused confusion when we checked out.

I can say that the location was really good..subway station line 4 just outside the door really good. Breakfast not bad of course if you book it immediately and it's convenient, don't pay 13 € every morning for breakfast because just outside the door there is amazing Boulangerie and patisserie Sylvia & Pascal Robin with fresh pastry. Girl on the reception was nice and helpful willing to offer us better room. The room was clean and towels changed every day. After 2 days they had to move us to another room be cause of family with children has arrived and they hadn't another room vig as our was as the receptionist offered us a quadruple room so they moved us to the suit one minute walk from the hotel at the 8th floor with jacuzzi large balcony and minibar.

I just didn't like a lift which was really tiny but not so bad. Then I have to say that when they moved us into suite they just arrived during me and my boyfriend were doing a breakfast so little bit uneducated I would say and they just obligated us to move because there's no way..ok..then I didn't like the fact that it was really nice small hotel but they just don'tcare about small things that need to be changed as the sofa on the lobby is horrible and old, I would not sit there, lift as well needs a new colour as minimum, suite wasn't bad but the huge hole in the wall just over the door destroyed our satisfaction of suite. Girl on the reception was nice but another man not at all, he wasn't bad nor rude but not so nice as I would expect from one receptionist, when they moved us to the suite I asked him a "love room"for us as a gift or little compensation for all that waste of time with luggages, yes we had arrived there was a bottle of champagne ,candles, petals of roses (artificial of course) everything very nice but I think it shouod be him to offer us something like that automatically no?? Breakfast room had a nice style but what about the tables on which were all the things put, they seemed as they come from school, need just something to cover all the cables under these three ugly tables nothing more..really small things to change and I think not so expensive things qnd it would be very nice hotel.

False advertisements - Sound proof rooms - No way! Hotel shuttle - they will call you a taxi that you have to pay for ... What's the point ?you can call a taxi your self.

Good location! tram and subway just in front. Restaurantes also around.Confortable and reasonable price. Breackfast is nice.

Sound isolation of the rooms is poor.

This is a cheap hotel, and you get what you pay for. Nothing more, but nothing less indeed.

It is in a fairly inconvenient location if you have an international flight to catch, and there is nothing around for visiting, sightseeing or anything.

Room is spacious and comfortable. hotel is ideal for business trips.

I could not sleep, too noisy room next to the breakfast room, to avoid.

Very clean and cleverly equipped rooms, nice lobby and room design (modern and trendy). 2 steps (literally!) from subway direct to Cite, Les Halles etc. Very nice district, 20EURO/15min drive from Orly. Charmant brasserie and creperie next door. Good value for money!

Good size shower but with a plastic shower curtain.

the stuff wasn't helpful. very loud (the busy street noise from outside).

very close to public transport links, clean, tidy. The discounted price we got online made it very good value for money.

Luggage room very helpful if you want to enjoy your last day in paris after the checkout without having to carry your bags with you. Decent size room and bathroom. New toiletries and towels every day. Very close to metro station.

Our room was very close to the breakfast room so you could hear a lot of noise at early hours in the morning. Also you could hear people walking on the top floor. Breakfast not included in the price, but no major problem as there are a lot ofbrasseries nearby where you can have a decent breakfast.

They were doing reforms on our floor, of which we hadn't been advised. Everything was wrapped in plastic and there was dust everywhere. The heating was not working in the room, and we were eventually given an electric radiator. We also asked for another blanket (there was only one for 3 people) which they promised but never provided. The staff was overall rude and indifferent to our issue.

Workers busy on the 7th Floor.. quite noisy after 10am..until 6pm...then it's fine....avoid the 6th floor ; )

We had a lovely room with a balcony overlooking the street which was beautiful. The room was great as were the facilities.

The only thing that let us down was the hotel staff (one lady in particular) who was quite unpleasant for some reason while we were checking out.
