Size of room
The friendly and helpful staff. It was close to the metro and taxi stand.
The lift was a bit small. Enough for only 2 people to squeez in.
Hotel is one of the better ones in Paris for the price
Location is not central but easy with the metro Hotel is very loud so difficult to sleep through the noise Shower space was extremely small Nice flat screen tv but no channels....
nice beds, easy to access the wifi, perfect to have 5 m to the Metro
It would have been nice to have air condition in the room it was extremely warm (had a room on the sixth floor overlooking the street and it was about 25 degrees outside, and even warmer in the room) The elevator was extremely small and there was a peculiar smell in the hallways
The price, the room was nice, very quiet, wifi worked fine, just in front of the metro.
Elevator is very small and at busy hours (in the morning especially), it's not easy to go downstairs or upstairs.
Perfect metro, tram and bus connection. Funny design, as the name implies :-)
The fitness room equipment is minimal and has seen better times
close to metro stop and tram. easy access to CDG Airport
Far from city center
The Metro station just in front of the Hotel. The staff was friendly, except for the parking information. The cafe at the corner, with a good value for money for the breakfast.
The staff did not know that parking in the streets around the Hotel is free in August and wanted to sell a 23 euros/day parking at the Hotel. The elevator is very slow. The shower is pretty small, and the curtain uncomfortable.
First impressions were good and it is certainly a great location.
We happened to stay on a fairly warm night and sleeping with the window open was not an option with scaffolding right outside the window. We just had to sweat it out as there was no fan or any other means of cooling. Early morning construction noise and workers right outside the window were not pleasant. Also, the manager was rude when it came to a misunderstanding about the payment.
Lovely and clean. Magnificent views of Paris from the balcony- we got a free upgrade. Location safe, local shops and bars for a quieter night. Easy access to metro. Only 20 minutes from gare du nord. Friendly and helpful staff. Would stay again.
Close to bus station and metro. Staff very helpful
Lift was very small. Construction works were finishing during our stay . Breakfast extra . No air conditioning
No provision of tea n coffee in rooms
Nothing was good
The crew wasnt helpfull and at the moment we paid them they forgot our exsitance
The room was pretty. The bathroom was large
No air conditioning in summer is NOT good. Too much noise from neighboring rooms
The staff are lovely The rooms are basic but clean lots of cafes around kids loved the google room and the internet access.
We decided to walk from the airport bus drop off to the hotel. after an hour and a half we got a taxi. we should have got the bus the number 28 goes from outside and is about 15 mins to town
The staff was excellent and proficient... The hotel was still being renewed but our room was freshly painted and the decor was quite pleasant... And it was sufficiently large for three single beds for the intended 3 persons...the bathroom was entirely new and spacious... Chapeau! Other than the fridge, our accommodations were quite satisfactory... Other than in summer, I would most certainly frequent this hotel...
Although the elevator worked well, it was very small... Three persons (depending on their size!) could just barely fit... The fridge in the room was non-functional, I.E. it didn't cool anything inside... The staff immediately replaced it but the new one worked just as badly... Depending, I suppose, on the location of one's room within the hotel, ventilation could be a bit of a problem... Our room was stifling at night for the window overlooked an enclosed section toward the rear of the hotel and got very little air movement...
Location - near the metro and bars and supermarkets.
The lift was tiny No kettle in the room No Air conditioning in room It was expensive for what it was
Close to "M" easy fine good food staffe great
Bit noise from bus station and the other
Helpful reception staff
Noisy, our had construction going on just outside our window where workmen could peer in. No ventilation and we had to keep window closed because of the work. Booked family of 4 in 2 rooms on different floors. Intercom not working and battery for TV control lore almost flat. Not recommended for anyone at any price
It has a entrance for metro right intro of the hotel (exit 2). It's so convenience that you can go anywhere you want by taking the train. It is actually quite far from city centre but a nice area to stay. Overall quite satisfying as they have good wifi and nice bed.
A little bit far from city centre but yet expensive. I booked last minute so I guess I had no choice but to pay that much.
Just some meters from Metro Underground Line 4 to the center, asian and french restau around the corner, bakery next door, nice and calm area. Clean rooms and hotel, nice style, modern, free wlan with good power. Option to leave luggage in a closed locker after or before checkin / out
Lift quite small ( just to slim people and small luggage ) and slow ;-)
It's a very nice, modern and comfortable place. It's clean and the breakfast is very good. Unfortunately it is close to a loud street but it's quiet when windows are closed so no prob to sleep. Most of the workers are very friendly and english speeking. The price is ok since you get what you pay for. I would come again. :)
Location of the hotel; room layout and cleanliness, good breakfast, nice bathroom
Lift too small to accommodate even 2 persons - was not working when I checked in and had to carry my heavy suitcase to the 6th floor myself. No help from the hotel staff (they could be more polite)
Metro right outside door, clean, helpful and friendly staff, wifi free and unlimited, third bed was bed, not sofa
The Ideal has a subway station right out the front door. The staff was very helpful, the rooms were clean, and there is a grocery store and several bakeries within steps. Two doors down a morning cappuccino was $2.40 (prepared to go if you like) while at the restaurant on the corner it was $5.50.
The elevator is the size of a standard American hall closet. We used it once and then took the straits the rest of our visit.
