Location: It is very centric. I am in good physical condition and I like walking, to give you an idea; I walked to Vendome (5 min); Galleria Lafayette (10 min); Garnier Opera (5 min); Louvre/Plaza Concord (20min); Magdalena (30 min) and even from the Notre Dame or ArchTriumph (60 min). I also used the bus/metro which has stops (Pyramide and Opera) at a walking distance (less than 5 min). The area is super safe to walk day and night. Even if you have to take a taxi to the farthest attraction (Trocadero, Eiffel Tower or Opera Bastille) it is around 15 euros. Staff: The staff is super helpful, you can ask for weather conditions, whether an attraction is open or not and even about which bus to hop into for some attractions. The free wifi wasn't great but it was fair. They have a paid wifi but I din't use it. They give you free maps and brochures for classical music events and other type of performances. Breakfast: There are plenty of cafes, brasseries and boulangeries around for breakfast and lunch. I did not eat at the hotel so I can't evaluate it. Room: I picked the 3-bed room because even though we were two people I wanted more space. The decoration is fine, kind of girly for me but clean and in good condition. The room was really small but, hey, it is Paris. I stayed 8 nights and I managed with the the two closets and the desk. The bathroom was nice and it had a nice tub. The air condition works great.
It is a small hotel; so I did not expect a huge room or a big lobby.
Loved the location within walking distance of so many of Paris' must see sights. Helpful friendly staff, good sized clean rooms with ensuite, good value for money, and the Hotel has an elevator! The local area is jam packed with restaurants, bars, boulangerie's and entertainment not to mention shopping.
In our room the bath / shower was a bit small and like most of the places we stayed WIFI was slow and you had to keep logging in to use it.
One particular individual that was not very helpful. Heat system didn't work.
Location is good...
...but when you reserve a room for 3 persons you get one double bed and a camping bed (not comfortable). We could not stand up in the shower because of the roof (we had a room on the 4th floor). Room smelled like paint for 3 days long.
Location is good.
Staff were not happy to help. So rude all the time. It was like we were putting staff out by being there. I don't expect much from European hotels but rudeness makes it unpleasant. Mould in bathroom. Tiny room.
I like the decoration of the hotel lobby..nice floor, chairs & tables.. Very modern.
Extremely small rooms, dirty (dust is everywhere), aircondition looks like it was never clean and you have to turn it off, we book room for 2+1 on booking.com and were surpised to pay extra bad in hotel, very expensive breakfast. We left iphone in the room and it disappeard no help from the stuff as they did not care. Defenetly the hotel we do not recomand and suggest to avoid in Paris
Location was good if you want access to the Opera area
Triple room (for 4 inc baby) was a double bed squashed into the side and a fold up single bed wedged in one baby cot and buggy were in the room you had a krypton factor test to get to the en-suite. Room was little more than 12sqm. Host informed us that all triple rooms are the same construction. Shower was uncontrollable, horizontal rather than vertical. AC was poor and remote needed an upgrade, mini safe was not big enough for on iPad, small fridge and mini bar did not work. Cooler outside
The location is amazing, we could walk everywhere from there, but also good metro connections. Cool area(s) around the hotel to discover..with bars, restaurants etc. The rooms were small, but was not a problem for us since we didn't plan to stay at our hotel during our time in Paris.
Just small necessities such as no hangers in the bathrooms for towels. Didn't try the breakfast so cannot make a statement for that.
Small room not suitable for less mobile. No customer care
5 minutes walking to Opera house, and 10 to Hard Rock Cafe
Location of hotel near places of interest. Staff very helpful except 1 or 2.
Room a bit small and breakfast expensive.
Location excellent, service very good. The room was cleaned perfectly everyday, a bit small but I suppose its general in Paris.
Rooms are very very small.
Tiny rooms under the roof...AC not working, TV remote not working, bad smell in the bathroom...better avoid.
On sixth floor in attic, had to bend down in shower because roof was so low.lift only went to fourth floor.
the staff were very helpful, informative and freindly
the tiniest room evaaaaaaa! breakfast was dry and awful! carrying luggage up stairs.
