The hotel is clean and staff is friendly. It is located very near the Chateau and the Cathedral, which makes it convenient for first time visitors like us. Located along the same street is a Brasserie that opens very early if you would like to give the hotel's breakfast a miss. A boulangerie is also very close by with a good selection of breads. If there is any thing my wife and I disliked about the hotel is the noise. Despite having double glazed windows, noise from the road and the bells of the cathedral can be heard clearly. Room to room sound proofing is also poor. Remember to bring your ear plugs!

The staff were very very helpful and welcoming. They took the time to inform us about the city, mode of transportation etc. They even went the extra mile to make sure that our stay in France was as pleasurable as possible. One of the staff even made phone calls (on our behalf) to confirm the hotel that we were moving to the next day, informing them that we were arriving late in the evening and made sure that we get the right metro station. The hotel was also very nicely decorated. I would suggest that they put an electric kettle in their rooms so that guests will be able to make some tea/coffee.

The Hotel Iena staff was very helpful with suggestions for meals and sightseeing, as well as with directions. The location is fabulous and the rooms were clean. I recommend it!

Very conveniently located between the train station and the castle (5 minutes walk to each), exceptionally friendly and helpful staff, good breakfast. Felt more like a b&b than a hotel. Excellent value for money.

Value for money -=- excellent. Charming decor; very good service and wonderful staff. Rooms in great condition. Proximity to fortress/chateau and cathedral/olde town/city centre is quite convenient. Only a few blocks from the train station so it's easy to walk to the hotel.

Proximité du centre , de la gare, en fait sa localisation v/s ce que l'on souhaitait faire. L'accueil à notre arrivée avec explications claires sur notre future destination à pieds. Personnel très aimable. Peut être la largeur du lit ... 140cm (alors que nous sommes habitués à du 160cm) mais bon!.
