A nice spa area although it was not very practical, as it was a wet area from the reception and you had to remove your shoes at the door. The spa ended a little bit early at 6.35 pm on a Saturday as it is privately run and seperate from Best Western. There was a wedding reception on which kept us awake until 4.00 am so a very bad night. We complained the next morning and because it was too late the previous night to ask for another room, they gave us the room for free.. As mentioned the spa is ok, but a little small and it ended quite early in the evening. Then again it is in a remote part of Picardie and not the middle of Paris

Le personnel très sympathique ,la vue , la qualité de la cuisine, et le petit déjeuner assez varié La chambre était un peu petite mais literie confortable. Normalement, nous avions réservé une chambre à lits jumeaux et nous avons eu un grand lit .

La vue, le style de l'établissement La route bruyante devant l’hôtel. L'isolation phonique intérieure du bâtiment, en entend clairement les discussion des chambres voisines :-(

Qualité du restaurant étonnant d'inventivité et surtout de qualité. Nous aovons eu la possibilité de go^^uter 2 cartes/menus différents compte tenu du changement durant le we. Les 2 étaient vraiment magnifiques. Bravo au chef ! grande gentillesse du personnel, toujours souriant ce qui n'est pas toujours le cas partout Ne pas pouvoir avoir une chambre à 2 lits avec une salle de bains avec baignoire

Chambre petite mais joliment décorée et meublée. Hôtel décoré avec goût. Bon restaurant gastronomique avec très bon service. Bon rapport qualité/prix. Entre la ville et l'autoroute, excellent arrêt sur la route pour Paris. Dans le spa, eau de la piscine et sauna pas assez chauds. Serviettes minuscules à la disposition des clients (amenez vos proprs serviettes!)

Le repas au restaurant de l'hôtel d'excellente qualité servi par un personnel très sympathique. Le spa pour passer un agréable moment de détente. Petit-déjeuner dans une salle très (trop) fraîche, par souci d'économie peut-être? La chambre, plutôt petite, à la décoration un peu vieillotte (pour une chambre de catégorie supérieure) ! Et pas de peignoir à disposition comme annoncé sur le site.

Excellent restaurant qualité/prix.Les desserts sont sublimes.Petit déjeuner varié et copieux.Accès gratuit à la piscine chauffée et bains remous agréables après une journée de visite ou shopping au marché de noel de Reims.Musée-maison natale de La Fontaine à ne pas râter..Week-end détente et gastronomique réussi.

ABSOLUMENT RIEN, jamais je n'y retournerais. -repas froid dégeulasse et hors de prix!!! -pas de chauffage suffisant dans la chambre. -cloison de séparation avec les autres chambres pas suffisamment insonorisées... etc...

der Käse beim Frühstück kleines Zimmer umständlich zum Wohlfühlbereich, welcher alt ist und nicht zeitgemäß (Sauna mit Glastüre in den Umziehbereich) kein deutsches Fernsehprogramm teure Getränke 0,25 Bier 4,50 euro schwieriges Wlan System umständlich immer wieder neu zum Einwählen geringe Lichtstärke im Zimmer und auf den Gängen Frühstück viel zu teuer
