The staff was ecellent, helpful, courteous, and pleasant I found the dining room a bit confusing - I went down for dinner and did not eat there after all - no hostess/host, no one to greet or explain the proceedure

Le service de dîner en chambre. Le fait qu'ils écoutent ma demande et qu'il me change de chambre pour le 4 étage vs 2 eme initialement . Que la personne de l'accueil me dise dans un premier temps que j'avais choisi une chambre "de base" pour m'inviter à ne pas demander de changements d'étage. J'ai du préciser que ma demande était une chambre supérieure... De toute façon je ne crois pas que ce genre de remarques soient acceptable . C'est assez fréquent quand on réserve via booking.

Le petit déjeuner est compris et de bonne qualité. Le personnel est trés accueillant et souriant. Le parking compris et protégé est trés appéciable. On a pas pu apprécier la piscine à cause du mavais temps, mais elle avait l'air bien entretenue. On a vu un cours de tennis problablement désaffecté. Juste un petit détail : absence de balai WC. Sinon rien à dire sur la propreté et le comfort.

Les chambres: elles sont très grande, et très propre Il manque des réfrigérateurs dans les chambres, et il y'a pas de av sur les télé, je voulais faire une partie de Playstation avec ma copine, mais impossible.

Je trouve le prix du petit déjeuner très cher ,15€ pour un chocolat et deux croissants.Je pense que 10€ aurait été un bon compromis ou alors faire deux categories de petit dejeuner un à 10€ pour les petites faims et 15€ pour les autres .De plus je le trouve assez loin du centre ville quand on est pas motorisé
