Hôtel Thalasso-Spa Ile de la Lagune  

Our second stay, no restaurant Mon or Tuesday emphasises the issue, which is you have limited fine dining when open or nothing. The hotel is not that close to other facilities. The access road is a mess, especially after rain. The staff excellent but the 4 star classification if wrong, needs upgrade and 24 hour catering to satisfy the needs of guests.

Access road, no coffee shop/24 hour catering, little communal atmosphere.

The location in the lagoon is OK but the quality of the hotel and room is not really worthily 4 stars. We had an apartment with old and used furniture, the cleanliness of the room was far from acceptable and a strange smell of chlorine was all over the place. We cancel the rest of the booking and left after the first night.

The hotel and restaurant staff are excellent. The food is always good. We have stayed there many times on our way to or from Portugal. ...and we will stay there even in the future. Many thanks again.

Please try to make a bigger shower. Put a shower e.g. in the bathtub.

The food was good but expensive and the staff were friendly

A good value stay : 109€ including breakfast. Rooms are generously sized, clean and with a lovely view over the lagoon and out to sea. Location is good, at the quieter southern end of town, drive further south and you get to a nature reserve and the beach is less groomed but lovely for walk. Beautiful views inland to Mont Canigou and across the bay to Argeles and Collioure. A really lovely spot for a break.

Très bon hôtel avec un excellent accueil. Nous y avons séjourné une semaine et avons apprécié son emplacement, la piscine chauffée, le dîner que nous y avons pris le soir de notre arrivée d'une grande qualité gastronomique, la chambre (qui bien que très propre nécessitait un peu de rafraîchissement)

La seule note négative serait le petit déjeuner où le fromage sous emballage et le peu de diversité des plats pourtant très frais nous ont laissé un goût amer compte-tenu du prix (18€) C'est cependant un hôtel que nous recommandons car le cadre est magnifique et le personnel aux petits soins.

Chambre joliement décorée (suite junior) mais lit un peu petit pour deux et la vue sur l'arrire est décevante

Le calme

La douche est totalement exiguë et non fonctionnelle ainsi que la baignoire qui n'a aucune protection [rideau ou pare-douche]. Ces deux points rendent désagréable l'utilisation de la salle de bain.

Vue superbe, personnel aimable, suite propre, mini bar a disposition, petit déjeuner buffet, spa-thalasso, restaurant gastronomique, et une salle de bains en marbre a tombée par terre!

Décoration un peu vieillissante, équipements en chambre minimalistes et obsolètes (téléphone, télévision)
