The tranquility of the surrounding area and the beautiful view from our room was awesome. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was spacious and comfortable. There is nothinig not to like about the hotel. |

The view is excellant. The staff is rude, have cheap attitude, not helpful, no customer satisfaction applies in this hotel. The hotel is run down. You pay Four Season hotel prices but don't expect the same service. Stay in this hotel ONLY for the view and location. I wish the hotel staff were nicer and more accomodating. They are not familiar with American Customer Satisfaction. You cannot even borrow a pen from the front desk without getting tracked down to return it. |

Extremely friedly service, espesially in the hotel reception, clean and peacefull room with beautiful view towards the lake, convenient location nearby the park, not far from the old town of Annecy Breakfast setting was nice, however, the selection could have been more extensive |

The location of the hotel is excellent and the view from the restaurant is stunning. The quality of the services was very poor for a four stars hotels (as an example in the restaurant it was very cold and they refused to change our table). |

Nice hotel and great views if you have a lake view room. Good room service. The rooms only have a tiny portable tv with limited english news channels. |

We liked everything we already stayed there before The only things is that the day we were leaving, it was tha beggining of a big (governement) convention and the hotel was taken by security. |
