Excellent car park, friendly and efficient reception. Cleanliness and preparation of room. Superb bathroom. Need I say more. Location perfect for our purpose. Weather was wet and windy but we were very comfortable in our lovely quiet room.

The restaraunt costs including the bar were excessive hence we did not eat there, preferred to venture out and sample the local cuisine. The only downside to the hotel.

Location is good. Close to the highway and parking is free also, free wifi restaurant was good value for money

Staff atitude was not polite (to say the least) pool was cold (cold water and draft wind)

It was very well located for catching the Calais ferries or taking the Eurotunnel. The rooms were well appointed and comfortable. The food in the restaurant was delicious and well presented. The WiFi was free and fast in our room. There was plenty of parking. In fact the hotel provided all that we needed for an overnight stay after arriving on the ferry, but we would have also been happy to stay here longer.

Perfect for ease of access to Euro-tunnel. Dog-friendly.

We have stayed here on a fairly frequent basis, in comparison with the other hotels we have tried this is by far the best. It is clean, friendly and very comfortable. It lives up to the expectations of a Holiday Inn hotel. We would recommend it to anyone.. Plenty of secure parking space also

We stayed over-night at the hotel, en route to our home in France. We found the hotel to be excellent, from the staff through restaurant to the room. We would definately use the hotel again and would strongly recommend it.

Convenient to tunnel crossing. The staff were efficient and friendly. The room comfortable.

The meal in the restaurant was poor, basic and expensive. The towels were not enough and small. We did ask housekeeping for more.

We were impressed by the helpfulness and courtesy of all the staff at th hootel - in particular the lady, who was manning the reception when we arrived at 03:00, who went out of her way to find a nail file - when it seemed on our initial enquiry that one wasn't available - and then delivered it personally to our room.

Excellent overnight stop for the train to uk enjoyable meal had stayed before in September when doing the British Legion Pedal to Paris cycle ride

Evening meal pretty good - less than generous portions

Our room was overdue a refurbishment!!!!! Breakfast was poor quality.

It's location makes it an ideal base for a short break. We visited both Bruges and le Touquet during our stay. The hotel is well run: staff are friendly and professional. Rooms are of a good standard.

Breakfast at 15 euros is expensive. There should be a two tier pricing structure such that it is possible to have a continental breakfast at a lower price than a full English.
