Had a relaxing but busy weekend.The hotel is ideally suited to shopping at Cite Europe.Staff are friendly and very helpful.We ate in the bar and chose "light" meals which we found to be larger than expected!! Bacon could have been warmer at breakfast!Apart from this choice was quite good. |

A very welcoming hotel, friendly and attentive staff, excellent food, very convienient location for shopping in particular. We occupied room 226, the air conditioning control was out of action at the time of our visit, the weather was cold. |

It's nearness to the shopping, but away from the bustle. having to pay €15 a *night* for the dog. Other hotels waive the fee or charge a nominal €4 per night. |

Dog friendly with plenty of free parking. Well appointed good size rooms. Very close to the Channel Tunnel. Quality of breakfast was mediocre, although there was a good choice. |

This hotel is perfect for a shopping trip around the Calais area and Boulogne, only 30 minutes drive away is a lovely seaside town to visit with history and charm.If the weather is clement, a walk on the Caps is invigourating. |

We both enjoyed the food - breakfast and dinner - and found the bar area brighter than our last trip and very relaxing. A good size (free) car park with plenty of disabled parking spaces. No umbrellas for loan!!!!! |

The Holiday Inn is a more comfortable (if a little more expensive) hotel than most others in the area and is in a very convenient location for an overnight stay before catching the Eurotunnel. |

I liked the ease of parking, the general layout which made it easy to find one's way around, the fact that there was plenty of s p a c e in the reception area, bar and restaurant, and also space in the well appointed bedrooms. We enjoyed using the pool etc also. |

Restaurant was fine for dinner, reasonable menu, reasonable value, wine list rather limited. Room adequate, nothing special. No room fridge, shower leaked, breakfast seriously under staffed, inefficient. A single juicer created queues & no staff had time to empty the unit from pulp. Always a shortage of glasses ? |

The hotel was clean and efficient. The receptionist spoke excellent English. The location was convenient and there were good parking facilities. I would use it again. We had 2 very thin pillows and when we asked for another one we were told there were none. |
