Professionalism of staff, well equipped room and bathroom, spotlessly clean. Excellent fixed menu meal. Good parking. Many little extras, such as good desk lighting and bedside lamps. Well thought out. Ideal location for overnight stop from/to Spain.

Ground floor rooms only have door for ventilation, no window. Didn't like that it opened directly into open land at rear - security risk. Would book first floor next time.

Very helpful staff with excellent customer service. We had telephone calls from a very friendly Sarah beforehand to apologise that they would not have a chef on New Year's Day but instead she provided us with information about local places to eat and on arrival we were given discount leaflets for these restaurants. We chose the Portofino next door and had an excellent meal. We met 3 members of staff in Hotel Alizea all with perfect English and all outstanding in their friendliness and helpfulness. The rooms were comfortable and spotless. There was easy parking and the location was perfect. The only niggle was Booking.com directions as it suggested it was 4th exit from the roundabout off the A 11 and in fact it is the first exit so we got lost. Booking.com were clearly going around the roundabout the wrong way! If you take the first exit it is a couple of minutes away. Fantastic location.

Good food, good service, comfortable rooms, good value for money, easy parking, very convenient location close to motorway interchange.

I don't know if this is the fault of the hotel or of booking.com but the location map and the directions by road were seriously inaccurate, resulting in us spending nearly an hour driving round the suburbs of Le Mans in the dark looking for the hotel, which we would never have found without seeking help and which turned out to be quite some distance from the location indicated. (But now we know where it actually is we would definitely stay there again!)

Great mid way stop when returning from the Dordogne to Callais. Room was very clean and fine for our family of four. We had a double & single bed. They were quite happy for our 3 year old to share with us in the double. Less than 5 mins from the motorway but out of town so no hassle. Good selection of Grill's & restaurant within a mile. Would use again.

Room was clean, well equipped and had nice bathroom. Arrived at 12.30am and receptionist was very helpful. Ideal for stayover

good location did not have to veer off our route , nice room was upgraded to comfort plus which was nice, this was our 2nd stay at the hotel

Nice and comfortable. Was good for our purpose of travelling onwards to Spain.

Rooms were a bit small, workman's noise in the morning.

It was incredibly noisey from about 5.30 am with children runing up and down and the cleaners. The cleaners would stand and chat loudly outside the room back on the walls etc. It got very little sleep.

Trés difficile de trouver l'hotel par gps avec l'adresse que vous donnez. Ces coordonnés conduisent directement dans une zone commerciale. Enormément de clients rencontrent ce probléme.

La chambre

Le volume de la tv limité conclusion quand il y a un peu de bruit dehors on entend rien. L’accueil du dimanche soir par un monsieur moyennement symphatique

Belle chambre

Chauffage ridicule pour la taille de la chambre. Prix proposer par Booking.com 99€ et afficher a 89€ mais quand meme reglé 99€!
