Wifi was very good. Room was very clean. Staff were very friendly Parking on site.

The location near transports, and within walking distance to the city centre and the Botanical Gardens.

The room that we stayed in (501) was not in any way resembling the photos depicted on the website. The room was very old and cramped, and the lift did not reach the 5th floor, we had to carry luggage up the stairs, along with 2 young children. Very stuffy in the room.

The room was very clean.

The receptionist could know more about tourist attractions.

love modern design- amazing use of small space. Loved ease of access to rail station. Room was very pleasant.

Bed a bit hard. Big bed only 2 small pillows. No spares in room. Relief staff on arrival(Sun.) not very welcoming. Maybe language issue. Receptionists on Mon. Excellent. Would love a tea/coffee station in room or public relaxation area.

Everything staff was unhelpfull pictures/advertissing is totally different than the room I got which was very filthy, smelling cigarets, bathroom was not cleaned neither the sheets which I had to made them change it. I wanted to leave the hotel and get teh refund right away but they kept me hostaged as I booked via booking.com

It was very central and new entrance is in front near tramway and so that is easier to find. The airport bus (7.50 euro) goes to south of railway and there is a walkway through to north. Very easy to find. We were given renovated rooms and they were clean with lovely bathroom with bath and power shower. Overall I was happy with cleanliness and staff. Breakfast is extra.

There is a glass partition/wall between bedroom and bathroom and although trendy, it would not be ideal if sharing as light from bathroom lights up bedroom also. Not a problem if not sharing. I did feel the decor is a little low budget and fine at the moment (Sept 2012) but may not wear well.

great staff.friendly from the off.very accommodating as we have a young baby.great shower.hotel getting renovated at the moment,no disruption to our stay.parking is plentiful in surrounding area but 2 hrs limit between 9-7 so id advise parking in train station across the road.

The hotel was easy to find and had on site parking at a reasonable cost. The room was a bit old & dated, although the hotel seemed newer. Breakfast was pretty good, although quite expensive. Very close to the centre with lots of nice bars & restaurants. Close to the station, although we were driving. Good price and suited our needs.

The room was very good: new, modern and clean

Receptionists: although friendly they didn't seem to be too much "on the ball" about whereabouts of the city, as well as forgetting my wake- up call due to which I lost my train! Which I still can't get over about and I am waiting for the hotel to reimburse my ticket as they said they would.

Location directly opposite the railway station.

There was no elevator to our top floor room, contrary to the hotel's publicity. There was only a curtain and broken louvre door between the shower and the bedroom, and the louvre door was broken. We understand that one can expect to hear some noise from adjacent rooms, but the soundproofing of our room was almost non-existent, so that we couldn't sleep. In fact, the room seemed to have been badly converted from an attic space. This was the worst value for money we experienced in three months of travel.

on a bike holiday with a group of friends so easy access to the city centre and bicycle friendliness was at the top of our list. liked the rooms and facilities and the staff were good and helpful. more expensive than some of the other places we had stayed in but worth it for our last night. rooms were very stylish with that french 'chic'

rooms were 'hot' and sleeping was difficult. our room backed onto a courtyard and it made little difference whether window was open or not

Inexpensive and convenient to the train station if you have a late arrival or early departure. Simple, clean and good value for money.

- Some of the staff were helpful and kind, but one of them had absolutely no command of English. I known France is proud of their beautiful language, but when you cannot even explain how the wifi works.. That's not acceptable. - clean room, clean bathroom. - good breakfast, was worth the 8 or 9 euro.

- English not spoken by all staff - could listen to neighbours - you'll need earplugs to have a nice silent night. - there was no holder for the shower head, if was annoying having to hold it all the time

Chambre à 3 lits : aucune rénovation, murs humides (moisissures sous les fenêtres), aucune pression sous la douche, garage sous sol payant (10€ par jour) : aucune info sur cette prestation ! Ne mérite pas ses 3 étoiles !
