It was a no fuss modern hotel, the staff were helpful and particularly attentive to my rather ancient mother. Their disabled facilities were well meaning, but not quite so useful for a wheel chair bound person as they thought. Not enough grab rails round the sink, for example, and an awkward turn for the loo paper holder. Even so it was nice to have disabled facilities, and space for a wheel chair. |

The Chatelet was the perfect hotel for us in Chartres - we could easily walk to the Chartres Catherdral and to the shops of Chartres. The shower controls were confusing |

big and comfy rooms , good breakfast ,good location , friendly staff as rooms were not so cheap , we had to pay extra for the parking even though it is a quiet city |

excellent location - very central to Cathedral and shops/restaurants. secure car park. staff very friendly rooms were clean but very basic and not much character. Breakfast seemed expensive for what was offered. |

Clean room, comfortable, ac, good shower, easy to get to places by foot. Staff was busy with tour groups. Breakfast was not included. You had to pay for parking. |

good breakfast buffet, parking in a closed hotel area with fair price (€ 8,-), only five minutes walk to the town center (cathedral) our room (side to the railway station) was a little bit noisy, in the hotel corridors it smells like "toilet cleaner" |

Der Blick direkt auf die Katherdrale von Chartres war gigantisch, die Lage sehr günstig wegen Bahnhofsnähe und das Zimmer sehr ruhig. Die meisten Mitarbeiter waren sehr neutral etwas unterkühlt, bei der Ankunft ist man nicht begrüßt worden. Keine warmherzige Atmosphäre. |
