Close to train station. Close to city center Hotel has no restaurant. Old very dark rooms. Poor breakfast. Expensive (according to quality). I stayed 3 nights and newer had complet of batchroom staff or caffè, always something was missed.

It was ideal location for the the centre of Chartres. It was very quiet inside, with very little street noise entering the room. The breakfast looked good but... Log fire in the front entrance was very welcoming. I liked the fact that there was secure car parking behind the hotel, Otherwise the rooms were very tidy and it was lovely to see tea and coffee making facilities in the room. The bed was very comfortable and the bathroom was clean and well equipt. Breakfast.... Was very pricey if all you wanted was a bread roll and coffee! However I was not aware of just how close it was to the railway station and some of the characters wandering about in the early hours of the morning put me off going for an early morning walk.

Nice facilities with a very accommodating staff. WiFi is excellent and the adjacent secure parking (fee) are pluses. Easy walk to the cathedral and the downtown area (very hip with good restaurants, shops).

Convenient location. Stayed before and the staff are very helpful and courteous. The breakfast buffet is excellent and at a very reasonable price. Good secure parking. Overall a very good hotel.

Good access to the Cathedral & city centre. Convenient and reasonably priced parking.Friendly receptionist. Uniform,impersonal decor with low-ceilnged corridors which gave a somewhat claustraphobic feel.From the room being near the lift,the recorded announcements when arriving or departing the floors were audible.Roomy bathroom but the toilet was placed so it was very close to the wall when sitting down,it should have been turned throgh 90 degrees.The seat had been replaced with one that didn' t quite fit. For a short stay it was perfectly acceptable.We did't have breakfast so can't comment on that.

It is close to the cathedral of which we wanted to visit due to lighting show at that time. It's also close to the train station and has a private parking for transports with cars. It also has hair dryer in the room for use. The room was a bit dark but has sufficient lamps for reading. We had some difficulties connecting to the wifi due to poor reception.

The proximity to the centre of the town and sights. The on-site secure parking. Friendly and helpful staff. Lack of facilities in the room - no tea/coffee making facilities, dim lighting, poorly positioned mirrors, congestion at breakfast time as this was served from a confined, and not very accessible, area.
