Great location, lots of free parking, fabulous staff, low prices, as good as it gets. They have no restaurant but there are lots of them around so its not a problem.

We loved the location location location !! The hotel is in the middle of the enchanted city of Deauville. The price is excellent for what you get, which is a clean comfortable room with a natural-lighted big bathroom. Nice bed, sheets and pillows. A flat TV screen. Free Wi-Fi. What more could you ask for € 74 per night? A real treat: go for it! A slight and particluar smell when you first enter the room, but it's just a matter of opening up the windows and let some fresh air in.

Le petit déjeuner était vraiment bien avec un rapport qualité prix très intéressant. La chambre était spacieuse et bien aménagée pour séjourner avec notre petit garçon de 2 ans. Le personnel de l'hôtel était très aimable et disponible. Le point négatif : la chambre était surchauffée.

Literie confortable. Taille de l'écran du téléviseur correct pour la chambre. Ascenseur menant aux chambres. Fenêtres permettant de regarder dans la rue. Bruit de la rue bien couvert par les double- vitrages. Personnel à l'accueil très souriant et avenant, quelque soit l'heure et l'équipe. Serviettes de bains douces et de bonne qualité. Hôtel bien situé dans la ville et bien visible, bien trouvé grâce aux photos du site. Manquerait, pour 78 euros 1 plateau d bienvenue avec bouilloire, sachets de café, tisane et thé. 1 bouteille d'eau plate et 2 verres seraient bienvenus. Les bruits des chambres voisines et personnel de service trop présents. Qualité de l'image et du son du téléviseur impossible à améliorer car télécommande ne le permettant pas. Vers 9h30/10h00 le petit déjeûner est déjà bien entamé par les clients précédents et pour la France, la baguette de pain frais aurait été appréciée . Salle de bains : la baignoire mériterait un sol moins glissant et le rideau de douche serait à remplacer par une parois. Gants de toilettes ou lingettes en éponge seraient un plus pour le prix. Taille de la chambre trop petite pour un séjour dépassant une nuit. Une confirmation écrite ou envoyée par sms juste avant le séjour serait un plus.

L'accueil et les renseignements du monsieur lors de notre arrivée Lors de notre départ la dame de l'accueil ne nous a pas demandé comment s'était passé notre séjour, c'est dommage nous lui aurions dit que nous avions très mal dormis: le locataire du dessus qui a navigué jusqu'à une heure avancé, le bruit de la rue insupportable ( le double vitrage ne doit pas existé à Deauville) : bande de jeunes criant sous les fenêtres, camion poubelle et lorsque nous commencions a trouver le sommeil sur le matin, une petite fille de la chambre d'à côté était elle bien réveillée.

sa situation géographique, au croisement de "Deauville-Trouville", la proximité de la plage et du port, sa facilité d'accès, proche de la gare, son personnel, la propreté des chambres et le délicieux petit-déjeuner. dommage que ce soit mal insonorisé (bruits de la chambre du dessus + celle située contre le lit = avons eu le "privilège" d'un couple s'adonnant aux plaisir de la vie, ce qui a eu pour conséquences pour nous (et apparemment pour eux aussi !) de mal dormir !
