The location was good and secure parking was available free. The receptionist spoke very good English and was very helpful. She recommended the restaurant where we had our dinner which was excellent. We had booked a room with twin beds.We got a small room at the back with three beds jammed in the space. The espresso machine was too complicated for us. We are tea drinkers and just an automatic kettle would have sufficed. There was no milk either. |

We chose the hotel for its convenience to the station and found this very satisfactory. It was quiet and felt very safe. We were only spending one night in transit. Very little choice of drinks in the Bar. |

Near station of arrival. Able to leave luggage prior to "booking in" as arrived AM from Paris on a sunday. Shower holder u/s, I tied it up with a plastic carrier bag. Did report it but didn't want to move after unpacking, only one night stay. |

The staff was extremely nice, and the restaurant was amazing. 4 adults fit comfortably in the apartment rooms. The view of the lake was amazing, and the trails were easily accessible and we enjoyed walking on the nature trails. |

The hotel was conveniently located near the train station. We also appreaciated that the staff was willing to hold our luggage for us after we had checked out while we toured in the area. |

Friendly and helpful staff. Had requested a non-smoking room, but the room originally assigned reeked of smoke. The front desk staff switched to a non-smoking room immediately and without question. Breakfast buffet was good, however no staff present to reset place settings/dishes/utensils/etc or to clean the tables. |

Very nice hotel. Late check-in possible. The hotel seems to be in a more shady part of town, but private fenced parking and the hotel itself seemed very nice and secure. No problems whatsoever |

Good location, nice and clean, wouldn't normally stay in a 2 star but this was absolutely fine and much cleaner than some of the more expensive hotels. Staff were very helpful. |

Really in the center of the tourist zone (in the middle of all the routes). Also, the people attending the hotel were very nice. The walls between the rooms are *really* thin. (It's an old building transformed into an hotel). Also, the bathroom of the room we were was small -but usable-. |
