The staff --various persons--were all helpful in giving us city information. the breakfast was excellent and the breakfast room was pleasant. CNN was not available on the TV --so I read the news in French. good practice for me! |

We reached the hotel after a 30-hour long journey. The staff welcomed us nicely and were very helpful in getting us settled. We returned to the same hotel about 5 days later just because of the initial welcome and the standards it maintains. |

Quiet, very clean room-good breakfast (that starts to serve at 4am!)- only 2 blocks from train station. Map too small to read, directions unclear-'follow signs to centre of town and scf station". We arrived by train at scf station-it should say- take right at station exit and right at next corner. |

Formally, the hotel is assessed by two stars. Compared with some Paris 3-star hotels it looks like four almost! The room is clear, clean and in order as is the bathroom, the furniture correct and relatively new etc. Breakfast room could be refurbished. |

parking inside and outside hotel, good airco, quiet, excellent in room coffee (Nespresso). Good value for money (2 adults +2 young kids). Less than 10 minutes walking distance to many restaurants 4-bed room was small, we opted for more spacious 3-bed room, No fridge |

Central location, offstreet car parking, very clean and modern, girl in reception was very helpful - I had inadvertantly booked for a family of 3 rather than a family of 4 but it was no trouble for her to change the booking and she spoke excellent English. Ask for Room 16 - it's massive - 2 single beds and a double! |

The location was good and secure parking was available free. The receptionist spoke very good English and was very helpful. She recommended the restaurant where we had our dinner which was excellent. We had booked a room with twin beds.We got a small room at the back with three beds jammed in the space. The espresso machine was too complicated for us. We are tea drinkers and just an automatic kettle would have sufficed. There was no milk either. |

We chose the hotel for its convenience to the station and found this very satisfactory. It was quiet and felt very safe. We were only spending one night in transit. Very little choice of drinks in the Bar. |

Near station of arrival. Able to leave luggage prior to "booking in" as arrived AM from Paris on a sunday. Shower holder u/s, I tied it up with a plastic carrier bag. Did report it but didn't want to move after unpacking, only one night stay. |

The staff was extremely nice, and the restaurant was amazing. 4 adults fit comfortably in the apartment rooms. The view of the lake was amazing, and the trails were easily accessible and we enjoyed walking on the nature trails. |

Friendly and helpful staff. Had requested a non-smoking room, but the room originally assigned reeked of smoke. The front desk staff switched to a non-smoking room immediately and without question. Breakfast buffet was good, however no staff present to reset place settings/dishes/utensils/etc or to clean the tables. |
