The location was excellent, very close to the Fortress city of Carcassonne. The staff were very kind, friendly and helpful. The view of the fortress from our hotel room window (234) was beautiful.

The car park 'often' filled to over capacity and you are compelled to park in the street, although there may have been room in the underground garage. We didn't check.

storage space in bedrooms could be improved . also no mirror except in bathroom.

Free and easy internet access. Very well positioned to discover the walled city and not far from the old town. The staff were very friendly. Although other say that the shower was small - we did not find this to be a problem.

I liked the proximity to the chateau. Also, the price, the cleanliness, the view from the breakfast balcony and the breakfast.

There was a lack of wardrobe space for two people sharing.

The view was great, close to the cite

Service at the reception was poor, shower could do with repair.

Parking and the vicinity to the medieval city of Carcassonne. Very clean rooms and helpful staff.

Lack of coffee or tea making facility in each room. Also the coffee machine in the foyer delivered only very small cups of espresso. A choice of a larger hot drink would have been appreciated.

Yes, our room smelt of some sort of toxic cleaning solution. We had to leave windows open. It was an appalling smell.
