Inter-Hotel Espace Cite

Check in was very easy, I just gave my name. Staff were very helpful and someone was available at the front desk 24 hours a day.

Rooms were a bit small but adequate. A TV in the reception/lounge area would have been good.

The location was excellent, close to Carcassone old city. Easy going staff and also easy to reach by car. Parking facilities included was nice.

The bathroom was too small and the bed was terrible.

Good breakfast and very close to the tourist area.

Very difficult to find, hotel sign was not easy to read. Would be better in capital letters on a flat sign.

The hotel was ideally situated in easy walking distance to the old castle and the modern districts.

The rooms,although quite comfortable, were rather small.

The location was ideal , only 1 block from the medieval walled city. Parking was included, which was important because you could walk to sightseeing.

the room was exactly what one would expect for the value.

I liked the location - it was ideal for visiting the Cite Medieval. I also liked the view from our room.

Very well situated for a visit to Carcassonne old city (400 m from the door). Off-road parking.

As is the nature of this kind of hotel, the rooms were quite small, and the bed was small.

very friendly reception staff, excellent english spoken. Practically on the doorstep of the old cité so great location.

breaksfast was just the usual crosissant, cereals etc you expect from french hotels, not the english fry up we would have loved!! The bathroom was tiny, but we only stayed one night so did the job, powerful hot shower tho.

The hotel was in the center of Carcassonne ,so we didn't have to take the car to visit or go dinner

We found the staff very friendly and very helpfull. The rooms were spotless. It is in a perfect location to visit the medieval castle.It is about a half an hour's pleasant walk to the main town.

The rooms are very small and basic, alright for one night's stay. There was no ironing facility. They advertise a bar but the bar is the reception desk and you sit in the reception area. There was no tea making facility in the rooms.There are no lifts.
