Convenient and practical for those on a budget. Within walking distance to Gap train station. Comfortable beds, clean bathroom and room. Towels changed daily. Friendly staff. Food in restaurant was excellent. No internet access in reception as Wi-Fi provided in rooms only so you need to have own laptop/notebook. Staff did not know whereabouts of internet shop/cafe in town. Only one member of staff seemed to understand English but fortunately my companion is fluent in French. There was a large fly (bluebottle) in my water jug on the night I ate at the restaurant. |

Very motel-like. The rooms are small, old, and box-like, and while not dirty, they are not exceptionally clean. This should not be a three star hotel. |

Not far from train station. Friendly staff. Clean rooms. I chose it for the location reason (needed to be close to Le Cube concert Hall (need to return from the concert late at night). All was fine, safe and proper. |

Reception reacted very quickly to put in place baby bed - the booking sheet had not been read/communicated. Dinner was surprisingly good! One of the two rooms we booked was smoking and it reeked badly of tobacco. It was so bad we had to sleep with the window open (and it was cold). The receptionist apologized for this (again a very respectful person). |

La localisation : proche du centre ville, à 2 pas d'un centre commercial. Le personnel : accueillant et souriant. Pas de plateau d'accueil comme promis dans la documentaion, chauffage insuffisant dans la chambre, pas de minibar ni de service en chambre (c'est un 3 étoiles!). En cuisine, les frites sont des vraies mais je n'ai jamais pu les gouter (plusieurs réponses du chef pour justifier de son impossibilité à préparer les patates!), même débat pour les profiteroles, c'est dommage. En salle, comptez sur des grandes pauses digestives entre les plats car l'équipe est souvent débordé. |

manque absolument la climatisation avons beaucoup souffert de la chaleur avons même acheté un ventilateur mais la nuit même fenêtre et volet ouvert nous avons très mal dormi, en plus les gens qui fumaient dehors la nuit, du fait que les fenêtres étaient ouvertes nous ont pollué toute la chambre (malgré qu'on était au deuxième étage) |

Le restaurant, cher, mais bon et copieux. La télé est très vielle et capte très mal les chaines nationales, les matelas sont très durs. Le petit déjeuner trop cher (8.90€) et pas assez varié. |

Mir hat am Aufenthalt im Gapotel besonders gefallen, dass die Garage für Motorräder gratis war. Mir hat nicht gefallen, dass die Zimmer direkt zur Straße waren und die die Fenster so schlecht isoliert sind, dass der Lärm nicht unterdrückt werden kann. |

Makkelijk te vinden. Goede kamer. Keurig onderhoud kamer. Personeel behulpzaam. Verblijf was zeer aangenaam. Onze ervaring in het restaurant was niet goed. Lang wachten voor iemand ons hielp. Personeel was niet erg dienstig. Vlees was niet goed bereid. |
