The only thing we liked best was the excellant Restaurant next to the Hotel Too far into La Rochelle although there was a regular bus service the last bus was at 8pm leaving the Hotel area.

Clean comfortable rooms, very helpful staff, wi fi available. Near to center of La Rochelle, although preferable to have own transport , position ensured plenty of shopping opportunities! Strange location, in the middle of a large retail park, took some time to locate

There is nothing positive I can say about this hotel apart from the receptionist who was a lovely, kind, helpful woman. The hotel was housed in a very unattractive industrial state, miles away from La Rochelle. I had read on the Booking.Com website that the rooms were a decent size, but in fact they were so small that you couldn't swing a cat in them. The carpets stank to high heaven as they were so dirty. The bathroom was equally small and the light sensor went off every 2 minutes if you were in the bath or having a shower. The only way to get it back on was to wave your hands in the air, in the desperate hope that the sensor would then kick in and switch the light back on. The small garden at the front was very unkempt and in general the hotel possessed zero charm. I also thought it was overpriced at 80 Euros a night. I am afraid that I couldn't wait to get out of the place.

Room clean and daily room service excellent. It takes 20mins by bus to get into La Rochelle and bus time schedule restricted, taxis expensive as they charge from depot to hotel which was 12 to 16 euro before we commenced our journey from the hotel so car almost essential.Tea /coffee making facilities would have been appreciated and an english speaking TV channel.

Freundlicher Service, gute Lage an der Haupteinfahrtsstraße nach La Rochelle, trotzdem ruhig, da in zweiter Reihe gebaut. Kostenloser Parkplatz beim Hotel. 15 Prozent Rabatt als Hotelgast in zwei Restaurants neben dem Hotel. (Italiener und Grillrestaurant) der Italiener ist sehr zu empfehlen. Klasse Qualität, super Service, sehr gut frequentiert, Preise aber nicht ganz billig.

Le bon rapport qualité prix à notre arrivée il faisait 15 ºc dans la chambre et le chauffage dans la salle de bain ne fonctionne pas correctement. L'eau chaude est en faite tiède ce qui est peu agréable en plein hiver

Je tiens à vous faire part de notre mécontentement surtout au niveau de l'hygiène. Un grand manque de vigilence de votre part sur l'état de vos chambre et surtout sur le petit déjeuner que vous osez proposer aux clients. La moquette de note chambre était vraiment sale sans compter sur les gobelets vides retrouvés sous notre lit de précédent clients! Quant au petit déjeuner : compote dont l'emballage présente des moisisures et salade de fruits pas fraiches datant de plusieurs jours. Notre fille âgée de 28 mois à était malde suite à cette alimentation plus que douteuse! La qualité du service proposé laisse vraiment à désirée même pour ce prix là....

Son prix L'accueil assez froid du responsable et la différence de prix annoncée à l'arrivée par rapport à la réservation internet. Il m'a fallu insister pour obtenir le prix réservé !!!! Petit déjeuner plus que succint pour le prix !!!
