The service from all the staff was first class.the location of this hotel is perfect.it is in a worldy worldy town,full of history,the hotel is very friendly,with lots of the staff speaking very good english.the decor is very nice,and everywhere is very clean.if people want 5 star,then stay in limoges for a £100,per night.this is a 2 star hotel,but I would rate it higher.my only fault with this hotel,is the one and only draught beer they sell,it is disgusting.even french guests could not drink it.but wine drinkers have a huge choice.oradour-sur- glane is a pleasant 20 min.drive away.

The car parking is very good - on site and fairly private. The staff were extremely friendly. The food was good; restaurant and bar area nicely decorated and comfortable. Good location in the centre of the small town, and particularly good location for visiting Oradour sur Glane which was the main purpose of our own visit. Okay for a 1-night stay but wouldn't want to stay longer. Main thing we didn't like was the room, which was dark and needed a good redecoration and refurbishment. The bathroom also badly needed updating and sanitary ware replacing. The room was also supposed to be a "Comfort Twin" but it was actually a double bed against a wall, with a second "folding" double bed half folded down taking up a lot of space.

L'hôtel est idéalement situé en plein centre ville et offre un parking privé gratuit. Notre chambre bénéficiait d'une bonne literie avec des oreillers supplémentaires dans la penderie. La bouilloire avec des sachets de thé et café est un plus, ainsi que les wc séparés. La chambre était exigüe et l'espace de rangement - quelques cintres et pas une seule étagère - complètement insuffisant pour deux personnes. La fenêtre donnait sur une espèce de chaufferie bruyante. Son de la télé exécrable.

De ligging was prima voor een bezoek aan Oradour Sur Glane. Onze kamer was ontzettend klein. De buitenkant van het hotel komt absoluut niet overeen met het sterk verouderde interieur dat nodig aan een opknapbeurt toe is. Het is een ongezellig hotel dat ook niet al te schoon is.

Sa situation dans la ville J'ai réclamé le prix inscrit dans la chambre pour éviter de payer votre commission en sus. Grâce à vous les prix sont plus chers. Le petit déjeuner était lamentable et nous avons du le prendre au café du coin

Très jolie ville, hôtel bien situé nous avons découvert une région riche en patrimoine bcp d'activité à faire!!! Personel très aimable et à l'écoute, chambre propre bien insonorisée bien que donnant côté rue, et spacieuse pour une familliale, literie très confortable. très bon restaurant avec une cuisine régionale très bon rapport qualité prix. Petit déjeuner très copieux. La piscine est très propre et bien entretenue. je recommande cette hôtel sans hésiter!

La piscine et le restaurant Chambre très petite pour 3, pas d'air, impossible de faire sécher une serviette ou un maillot de bain, chambre donnant sur les moteurs de climatisation mais pas de climatisation dans la chambre, trop chaud, trop froid et seche cheveux ne sechant rien du tout pour un bruit énorme, tarif petit dejeuner élevé pour un approvisonnement irrégulier... Machine à jus d'orange en panne, pas d'oeufs à faire cuire dans la bouilloire, un peu frustrant... Et pas d'ascenceur. Cout des chambres élevé comparé à Paris.

Gentillesse du personnel malgré son manque d'attention. Bonne restauration. Manque de professionnalisme du personnel. Rénovation de certains éléments comme les moquettes et les climatiseurs à entreprendre. Petit déjeuner trop cher Pas d'accés au parking après 23h00

Chambre bien isolée sur la rue, mais vous entendez les ronflements de votre voisinage. La principale motivation du personnel côté restaurant est de vous voir quitter la salle le plus tôt possible pour être tranquille, et sans le sourire bien sûr. A l'accueil, absence totale de consignes concernant l'accès à l'établissement pendant la nuit. J'ai aussi assisté à une dispute entre 2 membres du personnel. En résumé, super ambiance !!!

Heel vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel. Perfekte parking. Wij zijn er met de moto geweest en dan vind ik het heel belangrijk dat de motoren veilig staan. De parking is 's nachts afgesloten en dat is zeker een voordeel. Ligging is perfekt, wel jammer dat de bars in het dorp zo vroeg sluiten. Heel goede ligging om Oradour sur Glane te bezoeken.
