Desk staff very friendly and helpful. The triple room was sub standard. Consisted of a single bed and a bunk bed.

i was in this hotel about half a year ago so i chose it again. i booked in almost at the last minute prior to departure, therefore the price was really high (Eur230+ per night)! but i can't blame anyone for that and it was at a time when most of the rooms in the city were booked out (exhibition period). the room tidiness was ok, though my room facing the main street was a bit noisy with the traffic and passing metro trains. breakfast was reasonable for Eur 9, most other hotels would charge even more. staff was ready to help, if you ask. location is good and the neighbourhood is pleasant (Rue du Commerce). anyone i might choose this hotel again, for convenience. pricey, the tariff i got into. other than this, everything was reasonable. the shower/tub needs a door to guard off the water splash onto the bathroom floor.

it's walking distance from the EP; 20 minutes on foot. there was free wi-fi but it was no use to me as the connection was terrible, wasn't even able to check my email. also, problems with the bill (computer system!).

La proximité de l'hôtel par rapport à Strasbourg a été particulièrement appréciable. Personnel accueillant. Chambres de qualité. Il est dommage de ne pas inclure le petit déjeuner dans le coût des prestations.

Sa situation géographique nous a permis de passer un agréable séjour. Le confort et la propreté sont appréciables ainsi que les personnels très souriants. J'ai regretté que le restaurant soit fermé surtout que celui qui se situe face à l'hôtel était lui-même en congé.

Bon restaurant, on mange du frais, préparé minute. Je trouve que les 3 étoiles ne sont pas justifié, l’hôtel est "vieillot", la connexion wifi ne fonctionne pas, et malgré plusieurs appel à la réception le soir même et le lendemain (départ), rien, pas un mot d'excuse, encore moins un geste commercial. D'autre part, lors de ma réservation, j'avais préciser chambre fumeur, et cela n'a pas été pris en compte.
