Friendly helpful staff, hotel close to Arles (4 km from city centre), close to motorway, useful for visiting the Camargue (~30km), and swimming pool to cool off in after a long day's sightseeing at 38 C. Not enough staff for all they were expected to do, e.g. receptionist was also having to supervise breakfasts and do cleaning tasks. |

The pool was refreshing, but the surroundings weren't particularly nice. We booked 3 nights and left after 2; we would have left sooner but thought we might have lost some money. We had to ask for clean towels both nights, the clerk was generally chatting on the phone, the property looks much better in the pictures than in reality - really, don't bother staying here! |

We reserved two rooms. On our arrival at 11 pm one of them had the double bed unmade, as it was left by previous users, with the tv remote in the middle of it, and the room was in a mess. They gave us another one. The other room had a double bed made of two twins; one of the twin's bottom had several broken slats and the mattress sagged so it was unusable but it was past midnight and the guy at the desk had been the most unpleasant hotel clerk I met in 30 years of world travel, so we decided not to do anything about it. The hotel looks nicer in photos but it is right next to and sort of under a major highway. It's ok to spend a quick night if you get a clean room and avoid dealing with the staff. |

Nice hotel with outdoor swimming-pool. The breakfast was good and if the weather permits, you can have it on the terasse. It takes 10-15 minutes to get to the center of Arles by car. The wireless was not accessible from our room. No public transport to go to Arles |

Es ist ein unkompliziertes, kompetent geführtes Haus an zentraler Lage, touristisch gesehen. Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis stimmt. Pouvoir avoir un accès à un jardin et une piscine La publicité de l'espace vert est surfaite. L'hotel est très proche d'un gros axe routier. Il s'agit plus d'un grand jardin avec pelouse qu'un véritable espace vert. |
