Inter-Hotel Le Relais De Castelnau  

The location of the hotel was just a few hundred yards from the Bastide village of Loubressac, whitch is just so pretty. In summer food is served outside the hotel on a roof terrace over looking the valley below, such a lovely setting. Only stayed one night for a speical birthday treat and I must say it was magical.

I loved the picturesque location. Wonderful panoramic views, historic towns and beautiful countryside nearby. The pool provided a welcome feature to relax by at the end of a busy day. The staff were friendly and helpful and the food was excellent. All in all we spent an enjoyable time here.

The fact that the hotel is only open from April to October created a sense of 'winding down' during our stay. On the menu,the desserts are the weakest element and could do with improvement. They let down an otherwise excellently and imaginatively delivered menu of entrees and main dishes.

We booked this online otherwise we'd never have found it. Amazing view of the valley and castle. It is located just outside of Loubressac which is definitely wotrth a visit. .

As for the "hotel". For 89 euros, you get a room without air conditioning and a filthy carpet. The shower soap container was empty - guess when you find that out? The hand held shower has to be held in your hand because there isn't a wall mount. Lastly- the breakfast isn't terrible, just terribly over priced. They appear to be relying on the view. I almost forgot to mention the broken fan they provide to replace the ac. Drop by for a drink to enjoy the view but stay elsewhere.

El emplazamiento es magnífico, las vistas maravillosas y un buen punto de partida para un montón de excursiones y visitas a los alrededores. En contra diría que gran parte de los clientes del hotel son un poco "estiradillos" , vamos, que si no te pones "super mono" , te da la sensación de que desentonas.

Situation exceptionnelle avec vue superbe, facilité de parking, restaurant très agréable et petit-déjeuner bien fourni. Excellente insonorisation

El sitio, la cercania al "Gouffre de Padirac" y Rocamadour

La amabiliad del personal que nos dio de cenar cuando ya las cocinas estaban cerradas. Las vistas son preciosas al castillo de Castelnau y la tranquilidad.

Este hotel tiene buena ubicacion pero esta muy perdido. Hemos tenido problemas la segunda noche ya que el personal joven del hotel que deben de vivir alli quisieron pasar una noche de fiesta y pegarse un baño a las 5h de la mañana. Si no hubiesemos tenido la ventana abierta por el calor no hubiese pasado nada pero teniamos la ventana abierta.

Zeer goed doorreis hotel.Eten van zeer goede kwaliteit. Prachtig uitzicht.Goed hotel voor een verblijf van maximum 2 a 3 dagen. Kamer was proper.Netheid in de gemeenschappelijke delen(tuin,zwembad,...)kan beter.

Trés bon hotel restaurant. Situation et vue exceptionnelle. Un peu trop " sobre" dans la déco . Personnel attentif, sympathique et professionnel. Trés bon établissement.
