The room was good, the hotel had a good quality feel to it, the hotel was easy to access from the auto route, there was a nice balcony, the room was quiet at night, air conditioning was good and quiet the bar was always closed, the restaurant was always closed except for breakfast, car parking spaces were small, it was a tiring walk into town to find a restaurant as the hotel facilities were always closed, only one chair on the balcony |

The price was nice according to the equipment (nice rooms, free parking and WIFI). A couple of things, but not so important. I arrived late in the night (2am) and I found everything too dark. I had some times even problems to find my way to a switch. Some permanent or automatic light points both in the exterior and the corridors would have been fine. The personel spoke only French, but that didn't really mean a problem. |

very comfortable clean and friendly hotel. Staff were very helpful particularly as we were vegetarians and they were happy to pepare something for us in the evening. |

Very comfortable small hotel set in a quiet location within walking distance of both Tournon centre and Tain l'Hermitage. Hotel easily accessible by car from main road network and with secure parking. Would make a good centre for those wishing to explore Rhone valley and its vineyards. Staff very welcoming, helpful and friendly. |

Convenient location, easy to find, and walking distance into twon and restaurants by the river. Clean, modern and well-equipped rooms, with air-con. Good breakfast. No - everything was fine. |

Rustig gelegen en veilige indruk. Buiten schuld van het hotel was er aanvankelijk geen water in verband met een reparatie door de gemeente aan het waterleidingnet. |

Parfait en rapport qualité prix, pourquoi un sens interdit à l'entrée de l'hotel ? on pourrait imaginer un accueil plus chaleureux et pas seulement mécanique. le sens interdit à l'entrée du chemin d'accés en voiture, bizarre. |
