Great value for money. Comfortable, clean, recently renovated. I didn't bother me, but it is about a ten minute walk from the good restaurants in the center of Tournon and Tain L'Hermitage.

The Hotel Les Amandiers is located about 10 minutes by foot to the centre of Tournon sur Rhône and also Tain L'Hermitage on the other Rhône side. The service personnel is very friendly and speaks French and English and were very helpful in guiding to the towns and their restaurants. The hotel and its rooms are higher standard, very clean and very comfortable. I enjoyed my stay there very much.

The staff were great. All were very pleasant and helpful and sitting on the terrace at night with a cold Croze or a Pastis was very relaxing indeed, as was breakfast on the terrace. 1. It is really silly not to have the restaurant open just because it is August, We would not have stayed there if we had known it would be closed and of course we were not told it would be shut. We know France closes in August, but either shut the hotel or keep the restaurant open. We understand staff holidays etc., but after a long drive to be forced to go out again to eat is very annoying and with drink and drive laws even more so; even a frozen pIzza would have been better than nothing ...................2. The air conditioning is a noisy joke, it has almost zero effect on the room temperature, so sleep was a little difficult in 40 degree heat..

Easy accessibility in general terms, not too far from good restaurants. Whilst the hotel is easy to get to, the actual entrance from a fairly busy main road is not so easy - but this being our second visit, we were prepared, and managed without difficulty.

It's a good 20 minutes walk into town but it's so peaceful and quiet ; also, the beds are just very comfy... Much needed after 5 hours driving. The staff were all very pleasant and helpful. We will stay there again.

J'ai apprécié la facilité de la réservation, l'accueil et la propreté générale de l'établissement. Sont appréciables également le parking privé et la qualité des abords de l'hôtel qui font penser à un "chez- soi" dans la déco et l'entretien. A propos de déco, nous avons apprécié le côté contemporain des salles de restaurant et accueil (sans excès mais d'un design pouvant convenir au plus grand nombre) Il faudrait revoir la signalisation permettant d'accèder à l'hôtel si on arrive par le centre-ville de Tournon ou de la rive droite du Rhône, en général, surtout de nuit !

Wij hebben er een overnachting gedaan, tijdens onze reis naar het zuiden. Dit hotel is zeer geschikt daar voor, proper, vriendelijk en we hebben er goed geslapen! Een aanrader, wij gaan zeker nog terug!!!

Die Lage des Hotels ist gut, ganz in der Nähe liegt ein Einkaufszenter zum billiger tanken. Das Frühstück war für französische Verhältnisse sehr gut. Das Personnal super nett und sehr freundlich. Restaurants gibt es viele in der Nähe, in allen Preislagen

Goede ligging, rustig en op wandelafstand van het centrum. Propere kamer, uitgebreid ontbijt. er is een afgesloten parking, maar er zijn onvoldoende plaatsen. Als je 's avonds na 19h aankomt, is de kans groot dat je toch buiten moet parkeren.

Wir waren auf der Durchreise, unser Auto stand vollgepackt auf einem sicheren Parkplatz - top. Sehr freundliche Mitarbeiter, Frühstück für französische Verhältnisse auch sehr O.K. Kein einziger deutscher Fernsehsender.
