The hotel is located near the centre of Dax with a good car park at the rear. Restaurant very good and recopmmended for a good French varied meal at afforadable price. Bed could be softer !!

La chambre avait des odeurs de cigarette (même s'il s'agissait d'une réservation 'strictement non-fumeurs'), l'accueil pendant le soir n'était pas gentil.

町の真ん中にあり、闘牛場に近い快適なホテル。ただし、駅からは歩いて20分以上掛かるので、電車やバスの- 利用者はちょっと大変。 「テルメ」（温泉という意味）というホテル名とダックスという町が温泉立地町だという事前情報から、ホテル- 内（少なくとも近所）での温泉三昧を楽しみにして行った。しかし、ホテル内の温泉施設は閉鎖。繁栄している- らしい温泉街は、駅からみると、ホテルがある中心街とは正反対の方向に二キロ以上先だった。私の勝手な思い- 込みとはいえ、温泉に近付けず、たいへん残念だった。

El cuarto de baño estaba muy limpio y bien equipado. Nos dieron una habitación sin aire acondicionado y el calor fué insoportable. Le pedimos a la recepcionista del hotel si por favor podía cambiarnos y no nos cambió de habitación. El motivo que nos dió fue que estaba todo el hotel completo y por lo que estuvimos viendo no lo parecía. Es abusivo el precio que nos costó la noche teniendo en cuenta que la habitación no disponía de aire acondicionado. Además, en las especificaciones del hotel si que aparecía que las habitaciónes disponian de aire acondicionado. Fueron 2 noches (20 y 21 de Agosto) que ni durante el día ni por la noche se podía estar en la habitación del calor que hacía.

Buen hotel antiguo restaurado buena comida excelente desayuno , buena atencion Falta de aire acondicionado en la habitacion , mucha gente mayor de termalismo que quieren que uno no hable muy alto ( defecto de los Españoles )

La respuesta personal (aunque ineficaz) previa a mi llegada. Que el garage (al aire libre) se sitúe fuere del hotel, con las incomodidades que ello comporta y sin que el hotel proporcione ayuda al respecto. La estética (algocutre) y el ambiente (interior y exterior) no se corresponden a lo que uno espera normalmente de un hotel-balneario. El desayuno malo y caro.

A limpeza Havia pedido pela internet um quarto duplo com uma cama extra para o meu filho de 15 anos e isso não foi tido em conta quando cheguei ao hotel. Colocada posteriormente,a cama extra no quarto, não nos podíamos deslocar dentro do quarto porque ninguém se preocupou em organizar a disposição das coisas. Tivémos que ser nós a organizar o quarto e deslocar os móveis.

l'écoute du personnel. J'ai oublié mon cordon de téléphone, l'établissement n'a pas su lequel était le mien parmi ceux retrouvés dans les chambres et est allé en acheter un , compatible avec mon portable et me l'a fait parvenir gracieusement. L'écoulement de la douche de la chambre studio, dû après explications de la responsable des studios, à une évacuation coudée...mais il n'y a pas péril dans la demeure...

La situation geographique Hotel tres tres bruyant , tres mal insonorise+++++ ( passage de l'aspirateur le matin des 7 h entre autre ) decoration retro acces au parking de l'hotel peu pratique ( necessite d'etre accompagne par un membre de l'equipe de l'hotel )
