The price although the room with terrace was not worth the extra price ( we had two types of room) The interior decoration (cheap with plastic wood), the food at the restaurant awful and expensive, the breakfast also ordinary and expensive, the noise of other people toilets in the room, the bathroom very plane almost saddish and its supply plastic soap, the slyness of the owner.

As a solo traveller booking accommodation for the next day, the night before, I was over the moon with this gem of a place only a stone's throw from the beautiful village of Roussillion. Nestled on a hill, it is a rustic, charming little settlement and the views of the mountains, vineyards and surrounding countryside were breathtaking and so peaceful. Breakfast for 10e was an awesome, all you can eat buffet of breads, meats, cheeses, cereals, yogurt, fruit juices. The staff were super friendly, hospitable and jovial. My bedroom had a lovely modern marble bathroom, was clean and nicely furnished. The best bit was stepping out of my room and straight onto a pleasant hillside garden overlooking the sweeping views all around. I was delighted! Only downside was that the bedroom door was glass with a net curtain. At night, with the light on inside, anyone passing through the garden could see straight into my room. Given it was Sept and not too busy, it wasn't really an issue for me but I can see why it would be a problem especially for a couple wanting more privacy. Amazing to look straight through the door in the morning and look out onto the stunning view though.

We loved the country atmosphere and the hotel oozes charm in its wonderful setting. The room was comfortable, spacious and clean. We didn't participate in the breakfast but certainly enjoyed the lovely 3 course dinner for 21 Euros. We were able to use the fridge although it was not working very well and were able to fill our thermos for our own coffee and breakfast on the terrace. The common rooms were furnished beautifully and provided a very relaxed and homely feeling with many indoor plants. During our stay the electricity cut out for a very short while. I think this put the management into a bit of a spin and we heard some raised voices and received a fairly curt reply when making enquiries about the internet. Our waitress at dinner though was more than polite, courteous and very professional.

The location, the peace & tranquility of the courtyard and the swimming pool. The rooms were very, very basic. I found it unacceptable that there was an extra cost for items such as: connecting the fridge in the room, adaptors, pool umbrellas etc...We had the impression that the management were trying to skimp as much as possible. Eur 10 per person for breakfast was not worth it - it would have been nice to have had some fresh fruit as opposed to fruit out of a tin. The hotel was shown on the internet as 4 star when it was actually only 2 star !!!!!!

Wonderful pool and bol court. Wonderful breakfast, with made to order omlettes, eggs and crepes. The manager told us there was no place to rent bikes on Sundays when right next door there was a hotel with bike rentals. It does him no disservice to let people know this as this add to the value and convenience for his clients.

We liked the rural location, the comfortable rooms, the courtyard restaurant, wifi & laptop, pool, nice communal rooms, piano, the dogs. Some risk of slipping down the steep stairway in our duplex room at night. The rear terrace view could only be seen by standing up (not from the seats). Shower curtains/screen would be preferable. Not all rooms air conditioned (one or ours was & one wasn't). Some flies (use window screens?).

The facility, grounds and country suroundings were all very nice. The building, pool area, bars and restaurants were very nicely set up for a stay however the room I had was quite basic and they had an issue with sewer gas odours coming from the bathroom,,. These odours were barely noticeable when I checked in so I left the window open however they became quite bad during the night and I could not recommend the room for this reason,,.

Beautiful place and very traditional Provencal style. We loved the place, but... On booking.com and the hotels homepage it said 24h reception, and check out before 11.am. When we tried to check out at 6.00 there was nobody to find and our car was locked in so we couldn't leave money and go. Meaning we missed our flight. We found the owner after knocking on 20 doors and he was angry and didn't even apologize, he didn't even say one word. His wife told us the reception open at 7.

Its close proximity to Roussillon, at a much reduced cost. Expensive breakfasts, at 10 euros the most expensive I encountered in three weeks of travelling - I chose not to partake.

Adorei tudo! O quarto e amplo e confortável e o local e um charme! Os donos são super simpáticos e solícitos. A localização e perfeita para conhecer toda a região da Provence. Apesar da estrutura de um hotel, me senti hospedada na casa provencal dos amáveis donos. Recomendo!
