Inter-Hotel Neptune  

Ottimo hotel , molto cortese lo staff , camere spaziose e molto pulite. Affacciatato sul porticciolo gode di ottima vista.

I have been staying there many times since many years. I love the area. Carnon is a quite cool place if you have business to do around in Montpellier. The hotel is currently refurbishing the bedrooms and this was becoming a must although it has always been pretty comfy. The staff is absolutely very friendly... Something seldom enough in France to be mentioned. It is clean and quite. Well located. The restaurant beside the hotel is truly to recommend as it is a very good Price/quality offer with fresh products... Something also not so usual.

Breakfast could be improved for sure - less products but better products... And the free WiFi is appalling... It is awfully slow... This should be really fixed because it is very uncomfortable and virtually impossible to use as it is so so slow.

Breakfast not included within the deal Room is very small and pricey for what it is. Breakfast should have been free for that price.

I liked the location and the fact that was close to some places we wanted to visit: Montpelier and Aigues Mort. The bath room was clean and the room was tidy. The marina was very lively at night with many restaurants and live music.

The door to the room had a broken part. The hotel maintanence should repair or replace the door.

very easy to find from montpellier airport, car park next to hotel ,nice swimming pool, good breakfast on sun terrace. overlooking harbour, nice beach 10min walk.

The location set on a modern harbour complex is lovely. the beach 10 minutes away is not the best in the area but fine. plenty of restaurants and bars nearby. Road connection to to surrounding area could not be better. Also 15 minutes walk away is the Tram to Montpellier. Rooms were fine, but see below. Reception and bar area very smart. The restaurant is very smart, we had dinner one evening and it was very good. Breakfast was typical French affair either continental e7 or Buffet e12, see below. Outside terrace and small swimming pool, free parking.

No effective air-conditioning. only some of the rooms have units. Mine did but it DID NOT work despite the hotel telling me it was. the rooms were very warm at night . My friends room on a couple of nights was very uncomfortably warm. This alone despite everything else would make me think twice about staying here in the warmer months, otherwise I would return. The recption had little local knowledge of taxi fares, bus timetables and did not mention the Tram to Montpellier at all. they should look into this, people do not always want to drive. Buffet breakfast, limited choice but good.

Very good location and moden & clean. good on site parking. Ideal for the beach and lots of food opption around the marina.

l'accueuil car je suis arrivé en avance et il m'on delivre une chambre,la gentillesse du personnel, le parking, le confort et le restaurant.

Hôtel situé sur le port avec un parking privé,calme et plutôt bien décoré. Personnel très accueillant et professionnel. Propreté impeccable, jolie chambre. Petite terrasse bien agréable où nous avons pu prendre notre petit déjeuner bien tardivement grâce à la gentillesse des employés du lieu.

Nous avons eu un petit souci de clim ( peut-être pas encore en fonction à cette date ?) Le seul hic ( partant d'un bon sentiment ) la lumière de l'entrée de la chambre s'allumant grâce à un détecteur de mouvements,fait que vous risquez de réveiller les autres si vous êtes plusieurs dans la chambre..( ce qui nous est arrivé...)

La gentillesse du personnel,les chbrs rénovées avec goût , l accueil à tout heure , le parking , la situation au bord du port .la piscine et le petitdejeuner très bien

Le lait au chocolat à la machine au petit déjeuner,dommage pas à la hauteur du reste .

Nous avons passé une excellente nuit dans cet hotel, qui est très facile d'accès. Les chambres sont confortables, propres avec une déco moderne très sympathique. Aucune nuisance sonore. Excellent accueil du personnel de l'hotel.

Remise en etat de l hotel tres recemmment. Toujt n est pas encore termine. Facilite d acces et bien indique

Smuk beliggenhed med udsigt til havnen. Bilfrit område. Vidunderligt stille. Meget rent. Smuk moderne indretning. Gode senge med dyner. Meget venligt og hjælpsomt personale - med en enkelt undtagelse.

Udendørsarealet er åbenbart opdelt I to afdelinger. Det fremgår ingen steder. En meget vred kvinde fra restauranten smed os og vores gæster (pinligt!) væk fra et bord uden for restauranten, hvor alle borde ellers var tomme. Det var en time, før vi skulle rejse hjem. I øvrigt havde vi været flittige brugere af restauranten.
