Хороший дизайн, кристально чисто, все новое, удобная кровать, просторный номер (семейный, на 3 человека), бесплатная парковка перед отелем. Мы путешествовали на машине, остановились на одну ночь - для этих целей просто идеально, и цена ласковая. Мы остались очень довольны, хотя отелей повидали за нашу поездку много. с учетом того, что отель 2 звезды, нельзя сказать, что это минусы, просто надо учесть, что семейные номера ( на 3 человека) - 3-й этаж без лифта. в ванной не было занавески - не очень удобно.

Très bon petit déjeuner, en particulier le pain et les croissants. Seul bémol, le jus d'orange était moyen. Les jeux dans l'entrée Le plateau "boissons chaudes " de la chambre ne propose pas assez de sachets de thé café et infusion : un seul de chaque alors que nous étions trois dans la chambre. Il serait bien aussi d'ajouter des dosettes de lait.

Le calme et la dimension et la propreté de la chambre et la salle de bain. Problème avec l'adresse reçue sur l'accord de la réservation. Une mauvaise adresse apparaît : rue de Copernic à Niort. Je n'arrivais pas à le situer avec mon gps qui ne connaissait que la nouvelle : avenue de Paris. Il a donc fallu que je les appelle pour savoir qu'il y avait 2 adresses et que celle que me proposait mon gps était la bonne. J'ai donc été très ennuyée pour trouver l'adresse.

L'accueil et la compétence de vos services de jour et de nuit. La réactivité; vers minuit pour me redonner une chambre alors que je ne pouvais pas rentrer sur Paris. Enfin, la convivialité des lieux.

Séjour très agréable,l personnel très accueillant et à l'écoute des clients.chambre confortable,propre et bien insonorisé.Le petit plus la bouilloire dans la chambre. J'ai séjourné une semaine avec mon bébé de 6 mois,celui ci a gardé le même comportement qu'à la maison.J'ai été très satisfaite de la qualité de cet hotel,si je dois revenir dans cette région je retournerais chez eux.

Het hotel ligt aan de toegangsweg naar Niort en is goed bereikbaar vanaf de snelweg. De service en het ontbijt zijn heel goed. De kamers en het sanitair zijn schoon.

“Despite our late arrival after dinner time we still could order our meals though the kitchen was already official closed. The staff was very friendly and helpfull: one person spoke English very well; therefore he acted as our contact so that there was a good contact with the kitchen staff that already wanted to prepare the dining room for the breakfast for the next morning.
