Price and location, close to the center Asked for a triple room with 3 single beds and got one double and one single bed. The triple room only had towels for 2 people. |

no frills,basic budget hotel. I was somewhat disapointed at the marketing used by the hotel to sell its rooms. It advertised a mezzanine room at a special rate, but upon arriving at the hotel they advised it was no longer available.However upon booking the room they clearly advised there was one room left. there was no mention of a refund or a discount by the receptionist. |

Good staff. Very near to the historical and busuiness spots. Street in front of the hotel is a little dark at night. |

La situation géographique de l'hôtel est idéale. Le confort des chambres est assez sommaire : matelas trop mou, chauffage irrégulier, manque d'éclairage, salle de bain pas pratique |

Emplacement centre ville ancienne,accueil et disponibilité des personnels, informations sur la ville, propreté, calme dans chambre ne donnant pas sur la rue, info. Sur protection de l'environnement et non lavage des serviettes de toilette systématique au quotidien si non besoin... Connexion impossible internet dans notre chambre ce soir là |

L'organisation de l'accueil et la liberté d'accès. Personnel d'accueil avenant et très serviable. (A noter qu'il est présent qu'à certaines heures) Les chambres sont d'un bon rapport qualité prix et l'hôtel bien situé par rapport au centre ville. |

Das Hotel hat freundliche Mitarbeiter (Sprache französisch), liegt in einer ruhigen Seitenstraße, aber trotzdem nahe am zentralen Place de Jaude. Die Zimmer sind sehr ruhig und praktisch lärmfrei. Ein Frühstücksbuffet, das über Croisants und Café hinausgeht, wird angeboten. Keine Möglichkeit nachts im Hotel Getränke zu bekommen, da kein Getränkeautomat vorhanden ist. |

Personál je velice příjemný a uvítala jsem,že hovoří anglicky.Jinak bych se asi nedomluvila :) Pokoj byl velice příjemně zařízený a čistý.Byli jsme se synkem velice spokojenní. |

il n'y a pas eu de difficultés pour avoir la clé alors qu'il n'y avait pas de réceptionniste. Il a juste fallut appeler sur un interphone, composer le code du coffre et le tour etait joué (heureusement que la confiance regne!!) C est vraiment un petit hotel de ville, la vue n'y etait pas |

le boitier réglant la climatisation ne fonctionnant pas je n'ai donc pas pu la couper et je n'ai donc quasiment pas pu dormir de la nuit à cause du bruit engendrée par cette dernière... Quand je l'ai signalé à la personne de l'accueil lors de mon départ, elle n'en a eu absolument rien à faire, charmant! |
