Not much apart from the reception staff.

Small rooms not properly cleaned, basic breakfast, dangerous surroundings at night, which is something to consider as the hotel does not have a restaurant.

The hotel looked modern and the staff were very friendly and professional.The hotel was in a good location for the train service.

The location of the hotel was poor for restaurants and shops,we didnt feel confortable being out late at night.

Very clean,friendly, comfortable, reasonably priced hotel to put your head down.

Just a wee bit far out of town but once you suss out trains it's was not a problem.

Rooms were great, location of hotel was brilliant, close to rer trains and stade de France

Hotel only served breakfast. Couldn't find a restaurant/pub for food on the Sunday evening near the hotel.

We enjoyed it and the staff were very helpful and friendly. Keep up the good work.

Only the price is a bit expensive.

the style, cleanyness, the location, close to my office

being woken up after midnight by phone by reception, the noisiness of the rooms, could literaly follow neighbours conversations, no restaurant available for dinner

close to my business destination, good connection to gare du nord via nearby RER station (could also be used to go city tripping although i would stay in a hotel closer to the center), personnel was friendly, rooms were small but clean and nice, good and free WiFi connection in the room, breakfast choice was correct, plenty according to my taste but not over the top as in some other hotels

rooms are not very spacious

i visited with my girl friend , i can say that this is the best hotel to stay in economically and peacefully without any problems, and very near train n bus stations , east to get to airport n center of Paris , we had great time , if we visit again to paris, we will choose this hotel again , regards, jaggu(poland, bialystok)

Staff. They do not speak english and I pre-book a taxi for 5.30 am to the airport and when I went down they did not order and I nearly lost my flight.

Near Stade de France.

The hotel staff didn't speak English... They did't find my reservation in the system although I booked through Booking.com.

The Hotel itself was located very near the Stade de France which was the purpose of our visit. The Hotel was very clean, modern and colourful and staff were freindly.

However the area was very intimidating and very "Ghetto". The area the Hotel is located is also very commercial and dirty.That said we did not have any bad experiance when walking about.

The hotel was very convinient for access to Stade de France being only 20 mins walk away.It also had a good lockup at the rear for car parking as long as you book in early enough.

The noise from the road outside. All through the night,including the trains which didn't stop until 1:30 in the morning and started again at 04:45.

Well located hotel for both attending a concert at the stade de france and also commuting in and out of paris

I enjoy my stay very much .

The reception don't speak english ,that is only problem .

Ibamos a un concierto en el estadio de france y por esto la ubicacion nos convenia. Todo muy limpio y personal muy amable.

el barrio esta algo malo, no nos gusto. El desayuno muy poca variedad, no es un buffett. Para mas de 300€ para dos noches algo pobre lo que ofrecen.

L'accueil sympathique, le confort excellent, couleurs et décos colorées, le calme, le petit déjeuner à volonté où rien ne manquait. Le personnel dévoué afin de répondre à toutes nos questions (restaurants, se déplacer à Paris etc).

J'ai moins apprécié la situation de l'hôtel mais cela ne m'empêchera pas d'y retourner.

la proximité du stade de France où nos filles allaient voir un concert. la gentillesse du personnel. la possibilité d'avoir 2 chambres l'une à côté de l'autre, pour nos filles et nous.

La chambre, propre, fonctionnelle et spacieuse. La salle de bain, équipée et spacieuse. La clim, excellent. Le rideau qui coupe bien de la lumière. Le calme. Le personnel, d'une grande amabilité, souriant, agréable. Le petit déjeuner, bon et copieux. La parking extérieur.

L'accueil, le design de la chambre, le confort du lit et de la salle de bain

Le bruit, beaucoup trop bruyant, le petit déjeuner très restreint, il n'y avait même pas de baguette...

Geluidsoverlast, kamers zijn heel slecht geisoleerd.

L'accueil, la disponibilité du personnel présent, la décoration des différents espaces de vie.

Il serait appréciable d'avoir dans les chambres de quoi se faire un café ou thé au lieu de devoir aller à l'accueil.
