The hotel was centrally located and the rooms were very clean. The bath was updated. Because we were there off season and the hotel was not busy they gave us a free upgrade which we appreciated since the room we booked was small. The A/C was turned off and the room was warm. We opened the windows during the day but could not keep them open at night due to the noise from the street. The noise wasn't bad with the windows closed. |

The hotel is very well placed just in front of the ocean and very close to the centre of Biarritz. You just have a street to cross to be on the main beach. The room is comfortable and I loved its design. Nice view on the ocean (room on the ocean side) and if you closed the windows, absolutely quiet, otherwise the noise of the ocean. No private parking place. Public parking (casino) very close but might be a pb in high season and week-ends. |

The room´s been recently refurbished with a nice decoration. Agian, gosaria garestiegia da / Maybe, the breakfast is too expensive |

We stay here for a week-end visiting Biarritz. The hotel is very well located. The rooms are small but very pretty and clean. The bathroom also small but new and clean. Perfect hotel for a week-end in Biarritz! As it is located in front of the beach, there is no easy pace for parking. But anything is perfect! |

the location is perfect 2 min. walk and your right on the grande plage.maid service every day, and very helpfull staff too. got a room with a sea view too for no extra charge.will deffinatly return again. |

The location at the Grand Plage with the ocean wiew. Small slow elevator, expensive in relation to standard, bathroom poor standard with bad smell. |

Breakfast was great and cleanliness was great, and the bed was clean and comfortable. Staff very helpful and polite. Good location close to beach, shops, restaurants. Ensuite so cramped you had to sit sideways on the toilet (the walls were too close to the loo on 3 sides). No hairdryer, no tea/coffee facilities, no armchairs in room. In reception there were armchairs and a bar, but the bar never seemed to be open/staffed. The lack of facilities in the room plus the cramped conditions made the cost seem very expensive. Bedroom lacked hanging space for clothes (wardrobes v. narrow only about 30 cms wide),only hard, upright chairsin room. No drawers for clothes either. TV had only 1 channel (BBC World News) in English. |

The hotel was very convenient for the beach and the town. The staff were pleasant and efficient and the room was clean. We tried to upgrade to a larger room but the hotel was full and it would have been very expensive. It was very quiet, especially considering it was full. The standard double room was OK but not very big as is the case with older french hotels. We did not have a bath, just a shower and although clean, the paintwork needed refreshing. We were looking over a narrow side courtyard and this would have been quite dark if we were on a lower floor. The lift was very small and I prefered to take the stairs - good excercise. |

Excellent location on the Grand Plage, Very friendly, helpful staff, free luggage storage, wonderful panoramic Ocean view from floor 6 balcony, Surfers' paradise...massive waves. Great selection of restaurants a short walk away. Massive Casino one min. away. Excellent shops nearby(Expensive Brand names!!!). Very comfortable beds, beautiful decor and soundproof rooms. Excellent buffet breakfast. Top class!! Best of the three hotels we stayed in. Everything was perfect but when we asked if we could stay on another night, the cost of the room was doubled to 200euro for 2 people because high season prices are charged from July 7th. We felt very lucky to have got a bargain price and terrific value for money just before start of high season prices. |

The location,on the Grande Plage, was perfect for visiting the city on foot or by bus...not to mention the spectacular views of the seacoast. A very pleasant experience. |

As it was a quiet time of the year we were upgraded to a newly referbished room which was really lovely...the staff were so friendly and made us feel very welcolm. The Bar was closed. |
