Fantastic customer service. Beautiful setting. Beautiful entrance and building.

VERY old and "worn" looking rooms (The entrance is fantastic and so is the lobby, however the rooms are very very oldfashioned, not even "beautiful" old furniture, but really simple and old looking furniture)

The style, great friendly staff, service, luxury. Will return!! Thanks for a lovely stay.

A comfortable luxury hotel & an excellent restaurant.

The porters lost one of our bags & it took one hour to find it. It was disappointing that there was no urgency to find it, particularly as it contained my wife's medicine.

Bath tub, too small and old fashioned looked dirty eventhough we new, it wasnt. Internet being with a fee, it is no longer like this in rest of the world. No coffee or tea facilities in the room, now all luxury brands do offer that in the room.

The chamber maid immediately understood the problem and arranged for a stand alone heater. All of the staff were friendly and helpful

The restaurant getting our reservation date wrong. The bedroom was initially cold and the heating did not work

We made a reservation in the restaurant from your very helpfull front desk.When we arrived at the restaurant we were told we had no reservation so had to wait some time which made our meal fairly late.

old fashioned luxury with the incredible service that comes with it. I have been going Cannes annual for business and usually stayed at the Majestic Barriere, and while the newer rooms at the majestic are great and maybe better( there service is more that of a cheap hotel!) the old fashioned application of high quality service and kindness of the staff, is reminiscent of what luxury was in the old days. From now on our annual january cannes trip we will stay at the Carlton over and over again! Even with a buffet breakfast, there are always multiple waiters surrounding you tending to you every need. Wow, unrivaled service!

No swimming pool (5 stars class Hotel), Beach side closed (others were opened..) with 26-28 grade Celsius outisde, very expensive breakfast and beverage a coffee 8 Euo a coke 9 Euro at the Bar, Lobby practically not there only 6 sits which force you when occupied to stay to the bar and pay (by purchasing beverage) to sit. Business Center conisists in 3 computers that you can use free of charge by standing up, room Classic outdated and in the bathroom equipment such as rasor kit, toothbrush and so on only upon request all in all a good 4 stars but not Intercontinental standard. Moreover I am gold member of pPrioriy club Rewards and I could not benefit of free breakfast or Internet inside te room which is very expensive 7 Euro a hour (on the common area is for free for everybody).
