the hotel has a nice lobby area and bar. good neighborhood most of the classic rooms have a bad view. My first room had pipes running in front of the window. |

Excellent luxury hotel. The staff was amazing. Despite our low expectations on service and attitude in Paris, the staff was great. We celebrated our wedding anniversary. They upgraded us to a Deluxe room and sent champaigne to our room. Anyone we got in contact for anything was extermely courteous. Extremley happy about the whole stay including the breakfast in Cafe de la Paix. Overall very happy. COuldnt have chose a better hotel for our celebration. |

Location is perfect, staff is very friendly and helpful, Hotel building itself is very nice and impressive. Rooms are small, Our room was at opera sight for that reason it was very noisy.(but view is perfect). you can even hear sound of metro trains in your room. isolation of windos are very bad. We have been provided 2 single beds side by side which was unconfortable. it supposed to be king size bed. |

Excellent ubication, service and personnel attention exceeds expectations particularly the Concierge staff. Cafe de La Paix stills very good. |

Very central to major shopping centres.the staff are very cordial and helpful Very slow restaurant services,we had to wait almost one hour before our meal came that was in the main restaurant in the evening.i would not recomend guests to eat at the hotel.the food is expensive and not up to standard.would recomend the hotel except for the food |

It is a very luxurious and well located hotel Most of the staff is very inpolite! We could not check in on time, one of our rooms was ready only 1 hour after correct check in time and the other one 4 hours later. In the meantime, no forecast was given and a lot of other guests were able to check in. |

I liked the location that provides easy access to the most important business, banking, touristic and shopping places. I would prefer to stay in modern hotel with new design and young profile, and in particular I need to have free access to the internet. This service is not a privilege these days ans all hotels provide it free. |

Excelente localização. Em frente da Opera, perto da Praça Vandome e campos elisios. Gostei imenso da sala de estar do hotel, simplesmente magnifica. A unica coisa menos positiva, é sentir o metro a passar. |

Βρίσκεται σε εξαιρετικό σημείο για ψώνια, είναι ιδιαίτερα άνετο και διαθέτει δωμάτια πολύ πιο ευρύχωρα από άλλα ξενοδοχεία στο κέντρο του Παρισιού. Το πρωινό στο ξενοδοχείο είναι εξαιρετικό και μπορεί κανείς να περάσει ευχάριστα τη βραδυά του σε αυτό παίρνοντας brunch, γεύμα ή δείπνο σε κάποιο από τα εστιατόρια ή απλά να πιει το ποτό του σε ένα από τα bar του ξενοδοχείου σε μία ευχάριστη ατμόσφαιρα. |
