The room had been recently refurbished and was very comfortable. We were provided with a family size room with a wet room for the bathroom all of which was provided with fitting out for disabled guests. Therefore the room was spacious and comfortable. One adverse observation was the fact the lift had not been refurbished and was looking tired and dirty and let down the rest of the hotel. The fact that the restaurant was closed on Friday for the weekend was an inconvenience as we hoped to eat in the hotel after a long drive.

The person at the front desk at night was nice and professional, much better then Front desk staff in the evening was ridicously unprofessional. A young girl with no experience with customers asked to prepay the room without showing it. When we said the manager we want to see the roome and that the reservation was made with credit card he said he has fear we see the room, use the toilette and then go away.... The girl wanted the payment but did not know how to charge my credit card and I have to show her what to do We had lost a lot of time for no reason They did not say anything about the parking (the night guy gave us ticket to get in and out from free parking, there is no public parking around because of street works), neither gave us the code to use internet (but then the wi-fi was out order..) At midnight a big bug (yes: a beatle) was running behind the chair of the night receptionist who quietly kill it Back to the room at 1am found a bug in the room toilette.. At 5:30 am we decided to leave the room It seems Brit hotel likes bugs we had a similar experience at Brit Hotel in blois.... (At least there they do not ask prepayments..)no more Brit hotel ! Lucky enough we had no breakfast or dinner there!!! Questi Brit Hotel sono da evitare come la peste!

Staff were friendly Rooms looked as though they had just been re furnished so very clean and new. Not a complaint but area where hotel was was not nice, very run down part of Tours

Chambre moderne, belle salle de bain. Toutefois l'ensemble est vraiment réduit et ne convient qu' à une personne seule. Le prix trop élevé pour le week end pour cette catégorie d'hôtel.

Bonne surprise - la chambre quadruple était une vrai chambre avec 1 lit double et 2 vrais lits individuels. Confort top. Grande surface pour 4 (possibilité de mettre un autre lit bébé) chambre 307! La qualité des serviettes de bain, ça gratte un peu il faudrait les changer. Difficile de trouver le parking quand c'est la première fois. Toilette dans la salle de bain !!! Pas top du tout !!!

- Das Personal der Rezeption war freundlich. - Es gibt nur französisch-sprachige Fernsehprogramme. - Der Abstand zwischen Toilette und Duschwand ist so gering, dass große Menschen (1,92 m) sie kaum benutzen können (Ausnahme: Zimmer 407 im 4. Stock, ist aber auch teurer). - Beim Frühstück wurden Brot und Wurst nicht nachgefüllt. - Nicht alle Mitarbeiter verstehen Englisch.

понравилось хорошее расположение по отношению к замкам вилландри, юссе. номера хорошие, большие и удобные кровати. завтраки самые обычные: ветчина, сыр, хлеб, сок, круассаны, ну и разнообразные джемы, мед и т.п. возле отеля есть небольшая бесплатная парковка. брали номер на скидке и были очень удовлетворены ценой, особенно по сравнению с туром.

Het personeel is vriendelijk en behulpzaam, de (famile-)kamer is groot en goed geisoleerd (tegen geluid van buiten), ontbijt is voldoende (voor frans begrip!). Parkeren is gratis (wel aan de receptie vragen). Leuk uitvalbasis om de kastelen in de buurt te bezichtigen. Door een gebrek aan douchegordijn of wand wordt de badkamer na het douchen helemaal nat, best onhandig .Geen thee of koffiezetapparaat in de kamer, de tv is niet handig geplaatst. Maar dat zijn geen redenen om niet terug te komen! Directe omgeving van het hotel stelt niet zoveel voor.

Les chambres sont propres et spacieuses. La salle grande et design. L environnement!! On a eu peur pour la voiture. Le cadre extérieur de l hôtel rien a voir avec l intérieur!! Dommage

La chambre agréable et très bien équipée. L'accueil. Nous avions choisi cet hôtel entre autre chose car il y avait un restaurant sur place. Malheureusement celui-ci n'était pas ouvert lorsque nous y étions.

Nous avons apprécié le confort et la propreté de la chambre. La literie était de très bonne qualité. Le personnel est agréable et à l'écoute. Même si l'hotel n'est pas situé à Tours, il y a quand même des restaurants aux alentours. Le pied du fauteuil dans la chambre était cassé. Cela peut-être dangereux.
