Bonne situation centrale dans mâcon, Calme et confortable

rapport qualité prix un peu élévé, nous n'avons pas pris le petit déjeuner car trop cher (11 euros)

La céntrica situación en una simpática y tranquila plaza. Las noches son tranquilas, sin ruidos. Se puede descansar

La habitación que nos dieron era muy pequeña. Nº 303.Está en el vertice de dos pasillos en ángulo. No tiene armario, y el cuarto baño es muy pequeño. La ducha es realmente enana y es imposible evitar codazos con las mamparas. El control del aire acondicionado(frio) no se podia anular, y por la noche hacía frío y era necesario taparse con el edredon.

Anuncian que disponen de wifi en todo el hotel y durante los dos días de nuestra reserva no funcionó ni en las habitaciones ni en las zonas comunes .

Well situated in the city. Close to the railway station. Nicely renovated with a mix of modern and old furniture

The breakfast room looks like an hospital. Rooms are OK but not great.

Hotel was in a good location around a square. Parking was on site if reserved in advance. Good sized and modern bathroom, family room was comfortable. Good value for money. Macon is a lovely small town. Free wifi.

Family room was a bit limited in space, but for one night it was fine.

It was a convenient point for a single night stop over on the way to the Alps.

Room very small and basic, very basic bathroom with only a shower head. The advertised wifi was non-existent in the room and overall the location was poor.

Being charged €11 for breakfast, which was a cup of hot water, a tea bag, a glass of carton orange juice and two mini croissants. If I would have known I would have travelled 500 meters from the hotel and got better for half the price at a boulangerie. The wifi connected but I couldn't do anything with it, no web access, emails etc.

Room............. ridiculously small. Lighting in bedroom....... badly designed, poor illumination. Rainbow effect..... just a joke. Lighting in bathroom....... automatic sensor badly designed.

Convenient location for shopping and restaurants in Macon. Comfortable bed. Lots of information about things to do in the area.

Difficult parking. Lack of hot water for showers in morning. Thin towels.

For a French Hotel it was much more comfortable and clean than others we have stayed in.

They had a very nice restuarant at the hotel but as it was a Sunday night that we stayed it wasn't open. We did find a restaurant open by the river.

Good restaurant. Generally friendly staff. Efficient room cleaning. Reasonably quiet.

Overpriced. Almost total absence of shelf storage space in rooms. No wall bracket to enable one to take hands free shower in bathroom. Air conditioning seemed to emit an unpleasant, if not persistent, smell. One had to nag staff at breakfast to get hot milk, hot water, croissants, etc, not because of their unwillingness, but because they were trying to deal with too many things/guests at the same time. Altogether our week there was a disappointment.

Was mainly for commercial travellers. Generally not very friendly.

Ok for a city hotel

We booked a superior double room and were give a small top floor room, very hot and the air conditioning did not work. At the time there was a heat wave in France. In all fairness, our complaint was accepted and we received a small discount.

Sunday nigtht is not a good time to stay as the town is mostly shut, but then thats France

The location, very conveniently situated for the walking streets of Macon and also to restaurants/brasseries.

Smelly bins between reception and parking area on arrival. Our first room was very small and there was a lot of dust on the lamp. The shower room was extremely small with a tiled floor, which got wet when the shower was used, making it dangerous, with a deep step down into the bedroom. We asked to change after the first night and the new room had been up-graded. It was still small, but much nicer and the shower room was new. However, the shower cabinet was about 9 inches above the floor of the shower room, which made it difficult getting out of a slippery wet shower cabinet. The first room had very intermittent wi-fi, the second was fine. Do not expect to be able to pay quickly and leave, allow plenty of time. The parking area is small and you may have to wait until people parked behind you have been found so they can move before you. When we arrived, we had a very pleasant receptionist, but after that, a very bed-tempered one.

the 11 euro price of the breakfast. And what you were offered wasn't worth 11 euro's. Excuse the pun but it left a nasty taste in the mouth

Good location as restplace for a journey to the south - restaurant at the hotel (good quality) - nice city
