Lovely friendly staff, fantastic location, very central to the metro and in a lovely historic area of 19th/ 20th century architecture. Bedroom and en suite bathroom were in an absolutely spotless condition and the stay was fantastic value too - it was perfect and made for a very comfortable retreat on a fantastic break! many thanks to all the staff! |

Service - highly professional, enthusiastic, well informed, helpful, and genuinely friendly. Room - very clean, well appointed, comfortable, well serviced every day. Location - very well located in central Paris, nice quiet street, good safe neighbourhood, one minute walk to metro, great restaurants, bars, and boulangeries, shops. Price was one of the most competitive in Paris. A winner. We will definitely go there again. |

Excellent location and staff service The hotel is not worth its price: the room require restoration + I've never expected such a small room (and never seen before) |

It was alright. Clean room and towels. a little strange that we had to wait 10 minutes in the lobby when we got there at 10 min to 15.00. And that the reception people could't give us any indication of where to find a crepe. |

Clean, friendly and helpful staff. Loads of hot water, quick-filling bath! Nespresso machine in the lobby. Noise from adjoining rooms and corridors, paintwork peeling in bathroom. But only minor problems and not surprising in Paris at this price. |

Very friendly employees, clean rooms, quiet nice position, near supermarket, near metro station The room service did no good job after two days. Maybe because of the missing tip. |

close to metro and the Eurostar International train station. The room is nice clean and the shower is very good. however the room is a liitle bit small, but consider it's in Paris, the price is reasonable good for the budget traveller |

The staff was very helpful. I've found the bed confortable. Noise isolation is not that great but ok as long you don't have noisy neighbours. Bring some cotton from home and put into your ears on this eventual situation and everthing will be ok. The pipelines from the WC smells a bit odd and for some people this could be a thumbs down... Personally I'm not so sensitive to that, so it was ok. |

The location is non-touristy but full of locals The towels were pretty rubbish, but you can't really expect much for the price. |

The hotel was in a good location, easily accessible to metro stops and with a few good bars and eateries nearby. It was possible to walk into the centre, however the metro was definitely the quickest option. The room itself was basic, but clean and tidy and of a reasonable size for a budget hotel in a central-ish Paris location. The weather in Paris was very hot (30+ each day) during our stay, and it was extremely hot and stuffy in the room which did not have air conditioning. |

For the money, this hotel was pretty damn good. It was comfortable, a little dog-eared but nothing terrible, the bed was comfortable, the rooms were clean, staff were friendly and spoke good english, and the price was right. We stayed for two nights with no complaints at all. The absence of a shower curtain tended to cause a sort of localised flood in the shower room, but really that is a minor criticism... |

It had a good location not too far away from the tourist centre but not too close. The cleaners and staff were great! It did not have a complimentary breakfast and it could get a bit loud at night with the pub below, There was no shower curtain in our room and it was a bit messy when everyone showers every day. |

The hotel was very clean. We were given a broken towel during our stay and the next day one of the receptionnist blamed us for breaking it, even though we explained that it already was broken when given to us. The other receptionnists were friendly. |

Had everything we needed, clean room, great location. Our double bed was made up of two singles pushed together, but with nothing actually holding them together they tended to slide apart which was quite annoying. |

front desk staff were very friendly and helpful. wake-up call worked one day and not another. location was convenient to metro, restaurants, etc. the bathrooms were the smallest i'd ever seen! rooms small, but that's what i expected for a 2-star european hotel. |

Very friendly and helpful staff. Clean and comfortable rooms. Great central location, 'Goncourt' Metro station 2 mins walk away. Difficult location if you have a vehicle, though that goes for pretty much anywhere in Paris. Is possible to park on the streets around the hotel, but can be costly for long periods (that is once you've actually found a space, having spent an age driving round in circles looking for one). |
