The whole thing was very good..location etc..Other extras like Breakfast and parking were a tad on the pricey side..but i suppose these places have to may a few centimes somewhere?? Thank you for an enjoyable stay

The staff were very pleasing. Located in the centre of Orange upon a small square with nice little restaraunt next door. The on site garage parking was perfect. Would recomend this hotel as ideal for visiting this part of France highly. Would stay here again.

The welcome from a very efficient receptionist speaking five languages and a helpful porter set the scene. The rooms were of a high standard and very comfortable. One of the best BW hotels!

hotel and staff excellent. used pool lovely to swim in a warm clean outdoor pool. the evening meal we had was very good served by a friendly efficient waitress. orange itself is lovely and the market on Thursdays near the hotel colourful and varied. altogether a very good choice for our two night stay.

The room was large and comfortable. The bathroom particularly nice. The location was excellent and close to all city attractions. A great place to stay if you are visiting Provence and Orange. The staff was very helpful. Highly recommend this hotel.

Personnel very polite and friendly. Spacious clean room and bath room. Quiet neighbourhood although in de centre of the city. Perfect place to stay when travelling to the South. This was the 2nd time we stayed there and we will definitely stay there again when travelling to the South of Spain. No, nothing to complain about. Everything was fine.

There is a lovely new indoor pool with spa jets etc. as well as an outdoor pool for summer. The breakfast was good. there is a laundramat just down the street that was very useful for us.

rooms were large and spacious, good beds. Nice location in the middle of the city, close to Coliseum. Hall decor was fun. pleasant and helpful staff, spoke english, eho also parked our car in private garage. Very quite town during october evenings, but busy enough during day. For us, great value for money in our jr. suite at 98 E. with huge bath & jacuzzi on 2nd level. Breakfast at 8 euro was a little lacking but everything was fresh and generally ok.

The hotel is based in the middle of the old city Orange. The window did not close. The pillow on one bed and the extra pillows had used pillowcases (strong perfume and hair on the pillowcases). The bedcover and the carpet was stained.

Excellent overnight stay. Close to the town and the ancient theatre which is definitely worth a visit. I will try to arrange a visit when an Opera is being performed.

the staff were nice we were in the old part of the hotel which i would not recomemend the room did not smell nice and was not three star standard more like one star from what i saw of the new part it looked nice so make sure to get your room there. very expensive for what we got.

Tout est parfait, accueil exceptionnel. Tout est extrêmement propre, la chambre est confortable et parfaitement insonorisée. La literie est trés trés bonne. Bref, nous avons passé un excellent séjour. Autre point positif, le service du voiturier, la voiture est à l'abri dans un garage privé.

Ce que nous avons apprécié le plus est l'attention à la personne. L'accueil le soir (exemplaire) et par les propriétaires le matin a été excellent tout en étant d'une grande simplicité et discrétion. Nous recommandons cet établissement à nos amis. La signalisation pour l'accès à l'établissement est très bonne ainsi que le service du garage du véhicule pour la nuit (centre-ville ancien)
