If you stay on the third floor or higher, facing the port you have a very, very charming and beautiful view. The hotel was a surprise: very affordable and very charming. Did not have breakfast there so can't comment on that, but it is sooo central. If you wake up late, there is a coffee shop just outside the front door where they let you take the cups to your room as long as you return them later. I'd definitely return to this hotel. The tiny lift did not wok the fist day so we have to drag all our cases up the stairs. No other complaints.

Most of the rooms are wide with high ceiling, especially the triple suit was lovely. The rooms with street view are nice but a bit noisy because of the vehicle's noise but they are better than rooms looking over back yard. Breakfast is poor for the price but it is open buffet and limitless coffee/tea might worth. Interesting but very old elevator, like the rest of the furniture Nice sitting area next to the reception Sheets and towels clean enough Good water pressure We were three and reserved a triple room but they gave us a double one. They accepted the disorder immadiately and gave us a double and a single room for the first night because there wasn't any other available room. We changed the rooms the second day. It was weird thought that the receptionist didn't even apologize. Some of the lower level rooms were smelly because of the old carpeted floor i guess. No free internet connection No curtain for the bathtub

Läget var bra Rummen kändes orena så fort man kom in i dom, sängkläderna var kanske rena men sunkiga och gulnade, kylskåpena var skitiga och det stog öppnade och urdrukna flaskor från minibaren kvar. Duschen i det ena rummet hade bara en grov vattenslangsstråle.

Cet établissement a dû obtenir ses trois étoiles au siècle dernier. Le maintien de cette distinction n'est pas sympa pour les gérants de vrais 3 étoiles qui se donnent du mal pour les conserver.

Hotel tres bien situé dans le centre de marseille ,a 2 mn du vieux port. Les chambres sont confortables et spacieuses. ,Acces wifi gratuit. L'accueil est tres agreable et le petit dejeuner copieux! Tres bien.

La situation dans le centre ville Chambres sales, sol immonde, volets décrépis, équipement vieillot. Statut Trois étoiles totalement scandaleux, et tarifs proches de l'escroquerie. Attention, cet hotel a 90 euros la nuit en tarif promo booking est une très mauvaise image pour le site. Je pensais bénéficier d'une garantie de qualité minimum, ma chambre était plus digne d'un hotel de passe de que d'un trois étoiles...

La proximité du Vieux Port La propreté insuffisante : moquette tachée, rideaux de la salle de bain noirs de "crasse", rideaux de la chambre auxquels manquent plusieurs anneaux (impression de négligence et de laisser aller), vitres sales, baignoire vétuste, pas de lumière dans les wc, mobilier vétuste non adapté. L'accès très difficile: impossible d'y accéder en voiture... Bref ! séjour à ne pas renouveler !

La chambre était sale, le mini bar vide sauf un soda entame y traînait. Les wc avait des traces d'urine séchés et la Tv fonctionnait mal. Bref heureusement que c'était pour une nuit. Le matin au petit dej quasi rien a manger et le tout en supportant l'odeur de fumé de cigarette du directeur qui ne se gêne pas pour fumer dans le hall de réception ? Peut être une coutume local ou rien a faire des clients ? Bref pour nous plus jamais.

“new (2012) and tastefully decorated, next to the airport shuttle stop at st charles station. 7/8mins walk to the old port, plenty of decent brasseries around. staff brilliant! helpful and professional. breakfast little bit expensive but includes ham and cheese (not the dreaded french continental b`fast). the maitres home-made croissants and petit-pains are fantastic! thanks. rooms little small for long stay maybe but ample for a few days (many rooms with small balcony with view of the st charles steps and the mountains. just the right mix, highly recommended.” Kevin, Coventry |
