Very friendly staff (owners) and a nice quite location with good access for a car - proved good location to travel around area using our own transport. Internet access was a bit hit and miss. |

We used it as an over night stop but it would be perfect for a longer stay visiting the Tours and the Loire area. It is a little gem - a bit 70's decor but 'retro' is cool, no? A very friendly, helpful proprietor giving a warm welcome. Generous comfortable sized bedrooms and bathrooms. Free wifi internet. Located in a quiet area and free parking. We walked to the old centre of Tours - about 30 minutes brisk walk which may be too much for those less fit. So just use your car and park in a car park. All in all a pleasant place to stay and everything that a modern chain hotel is not. |

15 min walk to the old centre, we found it a nice hotel and the owners were incrediably friendly. just dont take the local recommendation to eat andoullette which you will find in all restaurants.you will need a strong constitution and no sense of smell. good brekkie. yes everyone in tours recommends that you should eat the local speciality, andoullette. We still have nightmares :) |

Hotel Italia is a charming, well-run hotel, the owners are delightful and helpful in every way. The hotel is situated in quiet location away from the centre but with easy access to it. Excellent in every way! |

A pleasant, clean and well-run establishment with agreeable hosts. Just what we wanted for an overnight stop - reasonable price and in all respects satisfactory. Unlike other reviewers, we weren't impressed by Gianni's Pizzeria, nearby. A jolly atmosphere and friendly host, but poor food. |

Fair size room, Bathroom bigger than at home! The couple running the Hotel were excellent, above and beyond our requirements, resarched internet for us to resolve a problem. We would stay here again. Minor problem, Curtains didn't meet when fully closed, we clipped them together with a keyring, The shower was only hand held ( couldn't be fastened to the wall ) so not ideal. |

Friendly efficient staff, nice breakfast, very quiet, had a great sleep, easy parking. Stayed one night only. Some people may find redecorating is due, something we did not mind given the price. |

Our stay was an over night stop on our way to another town. We were very well looked after and used Hotel Italia on our return journey. Knowing we were to return to the same hotel was reassuring. We were very tired but knew that our second over night stay would help us to relax. |

Из плюсов - удобная парковка, тихий район, милый и приветливый персонал, Из минусов - довольно далеко от центра города (минут 25 ходьбы, обратно - в гору). В остальном - абсолютно средний (значит - нормальный) отель для кратковременного пребывания в Туре для туристов без особенных запросов. |

Emplacement : aucun intérêt (c'est perdu dans une zone pavillonnaire). Confort : désué, ressemble à un hotel des années 60 dans son jue. Vraimant pour ce prix, allez chez b&b ! |
