This was a good, clean basic hotel at a fair price. It is close to the centre of Calais so has easy access to the shops, restaurants and the hypermarkets. It is easy to find from the channel tunnel using a map or sat nav. |

The rooms, in particular the bathroom were clean and the bed was comfortable. We went to breakfast at 9.15 and fresh bread, cheese and meat were brought out. According to the details on Booking.com, we should have been able to check in at 1400. When we arrived, we were told we couldn't check in until 1500. Perhaps Booking.com should update their details. |

The room was comfortable, the breakfast is excellent value and does not finish too early at the weekend. There is a very good restaurant about 3 doors away which gives 5% discount to Jaquard guests. I recommend the onion soup! All was fine |

The hotel was in a perfect position for restaurants and bars for the evening as well as right in the centre of Calais should you want to shop during the day. Perfect for a stopover. The bar, as advertised in bookings.com was non-existent. No car park but street parking is available |

we went around Calais as Hotel Jacquard is right near the city centre, it is also close to many shops and bars/restaurants and the ferries, motorways and channel tunnel connections, there is also good close secure parking so it has a very good location. |

Reception area and staff were very helpful At the front enterance there was a tiny sign saying use main door to your right...only problem is that the main entrance is actually around the left hand corner.Confusing |

The hotel room was compact but had everything we needed for a 2 night stay. The location was very central so perfect for shops, bars and restaurants The room was generally tidy but could have done with a bit of a dust ! |

very friendly and helpful staff,it was central which meant we was only 10- 15 miniutes away to the citie europe and the town centre which was our main purpose of the trip. it could have had a kettle in the room for making tea/coffee facilities. |

Bathroom was clean, television set was modern, rooms were clean. Carpet was old and dirty with stains. No airconditioning although for a 2 star that nay be normal. Noise from street. Beds were single. |

The staff was friendly and eager to assist. I corresponded via e-mail with them and the replied promptly to my mail. The walls was thin and you could hear the neighbours talking. |

Good value for money. Good location. Pleasant and helpful staff. King-size bed in the room and very comfortable. Decent size room and bathroom. Only had 'half' a curtain in the room. Limited hot water in the evening and no hot water in the morning - had a very 'refreshing' shower!! No tea/coffee tray in the room. Only 2 small towels in the bathroom. |
