La situació sense ser céntrica resulta bastant convenient, ja que la parada del metro Pernety, es trova a uns 7 minuts a peu. L'esmorçar també era molt correcte. La moqueta de l'habitació era vella, necessita urgentment un a renovació. En consequència produia una forta pudor quan s'entrava a l'habitació. Crec que es pod trovar quelcom millor per un preu simnilar. |

to internationnal guest to be: when iI stayed there, there was suddently no longer flush in the toilet around 11pm.I called the reception desk whose answer was:"I m alone here and I 'm going to leave now, you should have noticed me during daytime" just like this was predictable!!according to french law a public place without flush water in the toilet would be evacuated for health reason to avoid bacterias after one hour. It's fully enforced these days due to the H5N1. If you get such an answer, do as I did tell the guy that you will call the Police to shut down the hotel asap ! It worked |

Value for money. Fair breakfast. Free WiFi with good connection even on 3/F. Just 5 minute walk to Pernety Underground, and only a few more minutes to Alesia Station. Safe district even walking back at night. Not too far to get to the central districts (I spent 50 minutes walking from Notre Dame back to the hotel). The hotel staff during day shift was rude and not helpful. I asked for an universal adapter, blow dryer, and changes of 10 euro, and I got "no" for all of them. However, the night shift old man was completely opposite. I asked him the same question on the universal adapter, and guess what, he looked around and lobby and found one for me. Although it wasn't the one I needed, I greatly appreciated his kindness and effort. He even helped me open a bottle of wine, so I treated him a glass.... And guess what, he treated me back the following night!! Another thing was the "Do Not Distrurb" sign. I think the maid must have interpreted it as "Please clean the room". Finally the shower curtain smelled like it has been there since World War ii. |

Helpful staff, quiet, clean. This was our second visit. Bill faxed to our home on request after computer glitch on our departure. Shower only in bathroom, rooms smaller than trans-Atlantic guests may expect, but by no means exceptional for Paris hotels in this price range |

Location is perfect, close to metro, staff are friendly, breakfast is very good and abundant. Every day was room-cleaning. The room is very small, first day smelly (smoking). |

Location great, 300m to the nearest Metro, 4 kebab bars in the vicinity if you don't eat snails and quiet enough neighbourhood (if there is no road works at the moment) Shower box extreemely small. I'm not a basketball player nor fat, but there was no room to even turn around! WiFi works if you stand right next to the door (at least in my room: 207), you'll get maybe 1 bar. Take a steps back and network disconnected. You can maybe check your email, but nothing more. Everything else is blocked. Oh, and btw take a taxi on your way back to the airport instead of a train if you want to be on time!! Trains tend to go on strike every 2 weeks! |

Nice breakfast. Close to the subway and well connected to the main attractions. Comfortable room. We experienced some problems to plug electric applicances (phone charger and hair dryer). The bathroom was a little too dark. |

It is near metro line 4 linking directly to Gare North (Eurotunnel), which I needed, and to main lines of interest. I liked its lively location with plenty of cultural, eating and shopping options if you don't feel like going to town. Could use wi-fi connection. Could only use the wi-fi connection at the reception area because it would not connect on 4th floor, where I was. |

Free wifi in all rooms, nice position in the 14th arrondisement. I was assigned a room in the ground floor. The room smelled of smoke and bathroom. I asked for a change and was told that it was a good room compared to others. The window of the room opened on the street and had been left parted. I spent 1 hour killing mosquitos and other insects that had entered the room before I arrived. I shortened my stay from 3 nights to two nights and moved to another place as soon as I could. |

Receptionist is excellent, they (I stayed here for 4+1 nights) have their own willingness of serving guess..thanks I love them all. The room is quite small but compare with money you paid for it's worth. Breakfast is excellent,quality of food is good and it would be better if you have some fruit e.g.apple. Only the room which is quite small, but it's worth for value of money I paid. |

If you are looking for a budget hotel then it is a good choice especially for Paris. The room that was given to us was very loud from the cars and businesses near by. We asked for a different room and was given one without difficulty.The train system is walking distance which is a plus. There are shops and bakeries near by so not having breakfast included was okay. The rooms are small but it is expected for Paris. If you are booked on the noisy side then this is a disadvantage. |

The staff was helpful. Beds comfortable. Quiet. Carpets dirty. Hairdryer only available at front desk. A little far afield for a tourist. |

I suppose for the Paris it is rather cheap hotel.The place where is sutuated can give imagination about Paris itself (or inside). Too small rooms! Poor access to Internet in the room. The absence of easy access to boiling water. |
