Close to metro station it was not clean. There were broken bits and pieces in the room and bathroom, nail holes and left screws in the room. When you walk in the room in a step you are by your bed, I mean there was no privacy. |

The (discounted) price was good, and it was close to the Metro. Hotel staff were very friendly. I was able to extend my stay at the same rate, rather than the standard price. The breakfast was quite expensive, though not above standard Paris hotel prices. The walls between rooms are quite thin. |

Great Location if somebody lands at Beauvais Airp. You have just to get one metro line once arrived with bus to city. Metro is just 100 mts off the Hotel's door. Good Breakfast and friendly staff. the toilet was not working properly and the room was bit noisy with windows open (1st floor). |

The room was well above any expectations, some other hotels for even more $$$ are below this one (specially in Paris). The room is fairly small, but thats normal in Paris. Hygene was not outstanding, but still above acceptable, sheets ant towels were changed every second day. Breakfast is a real buffet, not just croissants and some marmalade, you get what you would expect, nothing less (baguettes, cheese of different kind, fruit salad, muesli, joghurt, and so on) and I would recommend it. It was in a perfect, good location (15mins to the Louvre) - it does not get any better than this in this price range (70€ for a double with breakfast). BTW, walls are thin, but we got a room facing the yard, not the street, so the nights were calm. I did not like the fact, that we had to leave out keys at the hotel by the time of leaving, nothing was missing from the room, but still. The carpets need to be cleaned out seriously with some proper equipment. |

The receptionists ( all the three shifts) were extremely helpful and speak fluent English. Breakfast was reasonable. Room cleanliness was just good enough for the money. The lift was too small for even two people. |

One person from the staff harassed my wife. Once in the room stopped working the light. The equipment room is quite old and dilapidated, but it works. Cleaning every day. No other claims. Hiring the French. Replace all the keys to card in the rooms. Check the wiring =) |

Excellent location; metro, supermarket, bakery within walking distance. Quiet neighbourhood. The room had a mini fridge we hadn't known beforehand, so it was a nice suprise. The bathroom was fully renovated, nice and clean. If you think breakfast is too expensive (which is absolutely the case) you can buy a bagette, some delicious French ham and cheese in the supermarket which is just around the corner. Nice and helpful staff, clean rooms (cleaned up every day; towels, cups, shower gel at your service). Absolutely recommended. The only problem occured with the bed-linen. They only gave us some sheets and a huge rug instead of a blanket and a cover which we found very inconvenient. |

the staff were all very friendly and the breakfast was filling and always fresh. The facilities were clean and comfortable. Most of the staff also spoke English which was helpful! They even gave us a discount on an emergency extra night when we missed our flight and had to stay a little longer. The only thing was that there was no air conditioning. There was a pretty good breeze with the windows open but July in Paris can be hot! |

The experience is better than we found on the web review. All the staff can speak English. Very quiet spacious room. Good breakfast. If the price is a bit lower (10%,say), it would be perfect. |

the hotels was OK , but did not have internet available , and for that price I would have expected to be able to at least check my emails for free and maybe to send a message ( I understand I had to pay if it would have been working ) there was two glasses to drink water in the room , these were taken from the room the second day , I dont know why ? -we needed when we canme back very late one night -I think the brealfast should have been included in the price or shoul dhave cost less |

The hotel is very close to the Metro, and was reasonably priced. There are a number of small shops nearby where you can buy sandwiches and other food. There is also an excellent market just to the west on Wednesday and Saturday, however you have to get there before 1300 otherwise the vendors start packing up quickly thereafter. The hotel was extremely noisy. There is no air conditioning, so you must open a window to cool the room at night. If you are on the side facing the road, deliveries at all hours of the night make obscene amounts of noise. We asked to be moved to the other side of the hotel facing the "courtyard", which the staff did with much reluctance. |
