This was an incredible location . . . very near two metro stops, one which connected with another. The room was very nice and we completely enjoyed our stay!! |

the hotels was OK , but did not have internet available , and for that price I would have expected to be able to at least check my emails for free and maybe to send a message ( I understand I had to pay if it would have been working ) there was two glasses to drink water in the room , these were taken from the room the second day , I dont know why ? -we needed when we canme back very late one night -I think the brealfast should have been included in the price or shoul dhave cost less |

It's confortable, the included breakfast made a difference. One employee at night was particularlly lazy and unweathy. All others were fine. |

The hotel is very close to the Metro, and was reasonably priced. There are a number of small shops nearby where you can buy sandwiches and other food. There is also an excellent market just to the west on Wednesday and Saturday, however you have to get there before 1300 otherwise the vendors start packing up quickly thereafter. The hotel was extremely noisy. There is no air conditioning, so you must open a window to cool the room at night. If you are on the side facing the road, deliveries at all hours of the night make obscene amounts of noise. We asked to be moved to the other side of the hotel facing the "courtyard", which the staff did with much reluctance. |

close to metro station, nice quirky room with windows on 2 sides of the building. very quiet at night and nice staff. canal + sports channel water dangerously roasting hot, breakfast and late check out a bit expensive. |

24 hour concierge. tv in bedroom. i had no hot water so unable to take a bath or shower. no drinks facilities in room and coffee machine in lobby out of coffee! narrow bed! |

it was a very good location!really close to metro station!clean hotel liltle small room but good enough to sleep in!the staff was really friendly always giving us advice when we asked(in english) many tourists guides at the front desk!and mcdonalds just around the corner! although it is not their fault the only thing is that it is in not a good area! at night there are not a lot of people around!other than that all good |

The cleaning staff comes one more time, if you want to sleep longer. Rooms are very small, no shampoo, breakfast is too expensive, next parking in about 20 minutes walk, hot water is not always hot, no TV in English or German (only news on CNN and DW). Such quality you can find in any 2* hotel (which would be 30% cheaper). Hairdryer in the room is not the value for such money. |

Quiet neighbourhood, metro station close - 3 min walk, city centre 20 min by metro. Very basic breakfast, McDonalds across the street offers a better one for half the money. Very small lift for just two persons in high demand in the morning. |
