I highly enjoyed the room, it was extremely comfortable and would go there again if it was not for a safety issue I dislike the fact that the night of Saturday, September 24 I was called to my room by the front desk working asking me out for a drink. It made me feel unsafe because he knew where i was staying and could come in at any time. It is just not professional to do that and I will write that in reviews. I can only recommend this hotel to men because they will have no safety issue

The bed was so-so comfortable. The room was kind of falling apart with ripped curtain and stains on the carpet. We didn't really trust the cover of the bed, as it didn't seem washable.

Helpful and most kind staff, really close to the Metro. Also there is a 24/7 bakery and a almost 24/7 market few minutes away from the hotel. WiFi worked great and was flawless and fast. The room warm and quiet our whole stay. A bit on the small side but we just slept in the room as we were sightseeing the whole we were there. Breakfast is also decent but I would advise to do as we do and eat all around the little bakeries and sweet shops around the hotel as the choice is much greater then. Clean towels each day, trash emptied and room aired out so that is great. Nothing much but the carpets could use a cleaning.

The hotel was near metro station-easy to get around main attractions by using metro line1. The hotel was fairly clean- it could be better but was not very bad regarding cleaning. The breakfast was very ok every morning. The staff was friendly and nice- had a littelw incident by check-out- by mistake a bottle of 6 euro water was charged to pur room but we managed to solve the problem. Very important the hotel can call taxies of needed.

Close to a metro station. As the metro station was served by Line 1, which took us to most of the places we wanted to go to. Large fridge for us to put the juice and water that we bought. All satelite channels were in French. If Bookings.com is advertising this in English as being a feature, then there should be a warning that the channels are all in French. The room was not worth €127.65 a night

Proximity to Metro station which was on Line 1, taking you straight to most of the main sights. Not much bars or cafes locally. Possibly due to roadworks which are obviously affecting locality. Lift in hotel very small. Stair carpet looks like it could be a health hazard.

Although it is not in the centre, the metro line 1 connects very well to the centre of Paris I think it was bad value for money. Maybe I paid a lot because it was high season but for the price I would have expected much better. The bathroom was really small, the pillow was lumpy and you could hear noises from other rooms all the time. Some of the staff were nice but others not so.

This was our first stay anywhere in Europe so we found the rooms very small compared to Australian hotels. However, the beds were comfortable, the rooms were clean and there was plenty of hot water in the bathroom. The staff were helpful. The hotel is close to a metro station and once we obtained passes it was very convenient for getting into the city. The breakfast offered by the hotel is very poor: muesli, a couple of croissants, french bread and some old-looking fruit was all there was to choose from, for 10 euros. And the dining area is very small and cramped.

1. It's very close to the metro stop. 2. Within my company's (NGO) budget, it's a valuable selection. 3. Internet free is excellent. 4. The staff is helpful, the house clean is good. 1. The sink broke once seriously, although the hotel staff helped improved it right away, but they could not completely fix it. Had to wait for plumber next day. 2. The key system: the hotel asks all customer leave the key to the counter when we leave the hotel. But when customer returns to the hotel, the customer has to tell them the room number so the staff could give us our room key. The problem is, what if someone gives the hotel wrong number and get into my room? Or this is the French system? I am not used to this.
