I appreciated very much the warmness of the hotel staff, the fact that the room was very clean and the location of the hotel( with quick access to touristic areas and possibility to get to restaurants and shops on foot). I did not appreciate that the hot water stopped for almost 2 days( hopefully it is a random situation and not something usual) and that some of the staff did not speak Englih well. |

I liked the staff. they all were friendly and smiling and helpful the heating was switched on too warm and there was no way to change it. although the room was very clean, some parts of the bathtube and surrounding walls could have been better cleaned |

1) convenient location (walking distance to main shopping area and Monmartre); 2) price-quality ratio is good only for Paris and only with discount to core price list 1) Rooms are too small - nothing to do with this, it's so natural for France; 2) Furnishing looks really chip and used - rooms need not not only cleaning that is good in the hotel, but also maintenance especially in the bathrooms; 3) bed matress was too hard and it was covered with waterproof bad pad (!?) - please, change at least bad pads for soft and comfortable ones! |

Good Breakfast. Nice location for the price. I was very happy overall with what I paid and what I got for the price. If you pay the cheapest rates I think they put you in the rooms that face the street. You can definitely hear street noise but it is bearable. I'm sure the rooms that don't face the street are much quieter. The bed in my room was very stiff...I ended up sleeping on top of the comforter b/c to sleep on the sheets was like sleeping on the floor. |

Free Wifi in the lobby. Our room faced the street which was pretty busy the whole time being there. No shower curtain or door, so your bathroom gets soaked when taking a shower. Hair dryer was an old one and didnt really work and put off a smell like bandaids. |

Convenience to Metro-about 100 meters. Good breakfast Room very basic. Bath/shower very dated and not easy to use at my age, I am 77 and a bit arthritic. Lift broke down, but was fixed later. |

Night porter was very helpful and friendly. The morning porter was the opposite, he actually tried to charge us for breakfast x 2 which we never had. |
